I walk around awkwardly looking for my classroom.  I have history 1st hour apparently.

Found it. I walk in and look for an empty seat.  Suddenly the teacher walks over.

"Hi, you must be the new student Chloe." He said with a smile.

"Um yah that's me." I said.

"Well why don't you sit over here and I'll come over in a minute to show you what we have been working on." He said pointing to a desk.  I walked over and sat down.

I looked around at the other students talking and laughing with their friends.

Soon the bell rings and everyone goes and sits down.  The teacher walks over to the front and explains what we are doing today.  Once he passes out the packets, he walks over to my desk with a book.

"This is our history book.  Read Chapter 9 and fill out this packet.  It's due tomorrow." He said.

"Ok thank you" I said opening the book and starting the packet.

The rest of my day was the same each class.  It seems like it be pretty okay here but I don't wanna be here I just want to be home with my family... But that will never happen.

My aunt is nice but I miss my friends and family. The people here at school seem like they might be nice but I haven't really talked to them.

They don't seem to wanna talk to me, and I'm okay with that.  I'm not desperate to make friends.  I'd rather be by myself anyway.

I ride the bus back to Aunt Jennah's house.

I do my homework and then eat dinner and watch a movie with her.

Then I go to my bedroom.  I sit in bed and look through my pictures on my phone.  I miss my family.  I laugh at our funny photos and smile remembering the vacations we went on.

The times when my little brother would run off with my phone and take a few silly selfies before I would catch him and take back my phone.

I miss them.
