"Hey Chloe I'm home!" Taylor called out with excitement.  I heard the front door close.

I quickly stood up and walked over to the sink.  I rinsed my arms and wrapped them up.  I picked up my blade and hid it in the drawer.

I heard her footsteps coming up the stairs.  They were getting closer.  I pulled my sweatshirt sleeves over my arms and got on the bed.

*knock knock*

I quickly grabbed a book from the table beside the bed.

"Come in." I said.  She walked in.

"I didn't get caught." I said.

We talked for a little longer, and then I left.

*later that day*

It's hard to talk about what happened.  What it felt like to lose everyone I loved.  It's not just that though.  School sucks.

I'm just the new kid that no one likes, but I'm okay with that.

I tried to distract myself with different things like reading and Netflix, but it's just not helping.

I want to be alone.

"Hey Aunt Jennah, I'm gonna go for a walk."  I said putting my shoes on.

"Ok, don't be out to late." She says.

I run outside.  The cool night air surrounds me.  I start running.  I wish I could run away from my problems, but I can't.

I try not to cry, but a few tears escape anyway.

After running for a while I see a park.  I sit against a tree and let it out.  Tears stream down my face and I'm glad no one is around.

Suddenly I hear a twig crack.  I freeze.

"Who's there?"  I called out.  Maybe it was just an animal.

Suddenly I saw someone step out of the shadows.  Great.  Someone just found me crying.  I'm such a loser.
