Gingerkit woke, her eyes weren't opened yet so she was blind, her stomach rumbled so she followed her nose to her mother Goldensun to suckle. She latched on when a big tom cat entered the nursery, "She's perfect love!" He purred, she felt her mother purring, "she's our daughter Grayclaw of course she's perfect!" She meowed. She heard a chuckle then a cat call, "Grayclaw come train your apprentice!" Her mother meowed, "looks like you got to go." She sighed an leaned forward to lick his cheek before he left. Once he left she bend down and licked Gingerkit's head, she squeaked and her eyes flew open she looked around blurry eyed and forgot about suckling this was a better experience. "Flowekit sunkit look Gingerkit finally opened her ey-" the tom kit was cut of by his mother. "She's too young to play Oakkit you'll have to wait for a moon before you can play." She warned. "Oh ok." He mewed and curled up by his mother. Goldensun purred an licked her daughters head once more, before Gingerkit fell asleep.
