Should We?

Louis and I make our way down the short road to the café. It's the one where we decided to date. You'd think we'd just drop by every now and again but no, we go there all the time. Does that make it more romantic? Sure, why not.

Louis guides me around to the back of the building then tugs me in the door. I swear, Louis is my personal GPS. Without him, I'd be paying for a taxi everyday. He makes me walk everywhere, says it's good exercise. Does he not realize he's already in perfect shape? He's so fit.

Louis has the football player build with the most curved body I've ever seen on a man. If he had boobs, every straight guy would be falling for him. Hell, I'm obviously gay, and I'd fall for him too if he were a girl. But no man nor women better not lay a hand on my Louis, he's mine. My beautiful boo.

"What time is our meeting again?" I ask curiously, unable to help my forgetful mind. I'm not actually too forgetful, I just get distracted easily. By my pretty boyfriend. Louis rolls his eyes.

"Noon, Harry. I've told you dozens of times today and all week." He goes on. I don't really pay attention as he speaks, only focusing on the 'noon' part. Right, noon is 12:00 and it's about 11:45.

"Are you even listening?" I hear my favourite voice ask.

"Hm?" I hum in response, receiving a groan from Lou. Whoops..

"Are you kidding me? I've been talking to you for the past five minutes and you haven't even been listening!" Louis rambles again. I sigh and wrap my arms around his waist then press a soft kiss to his lips.

"Shh.. I know babe. I should've been listening to you, I'm just excited and a bit nervous about this, that's all. I'm sorry." I mumble in his ear. He'll forgive me for being a dumbass, I know he will. He always does and I'm so thankful for him doing that. Louis sighs and slowly wraps his arms around my neck, smiling up at me.

"Alright, fine. I forgive you." He says, causing me to kiss him again. He makes me so happy, I feel like the happiest man on Earth when I'm with Louis.

"I love you, baby."

"I love you too, boo."

We pull away but continue to hold hands when we hear the door open. My mums friend Dan and I know each other pretty well. I've spoken to him a few times, he's nice.

"Harry! How are you, lad? Good?" Dan asks as he holds his hand out for me to shake. I shake his hand then watch as he shakes Louis' as well.

"I'm pretty good, thanks. How are you? Oh, this is my lovely boyfriend, Louis. You could probably tell." I say with a small chuckle.

"Ah, right, how are you?" Dan asks, Louis.

"I'm great, thank you. Harry mentioned numerous times about you having a gig for us?"

"Yes, yes of course! There's a small stage on the left side of the café, I put a curtain up when we're not using it. Which is all the time. We haven't had a worthy act in years! So, if you two can pull off a great show, I'll put in a small raise for each of you." Dan explains. "How does that sound?" I look at Louis, seeing the wide smile on his face as a cheeky joke pops into my head.

"You mean, how do we sound?" I say, waiting for some sort of reaction. I know Louis is on the edge with my terrible puns but lets admit, that was pretty good, right..?

"Shut up, Harry." Louis mumbles, receiving a chuckle out of Dan. "We'll take the offer, thank you sir."

"No problem, lads. Your first show is tomorrow, unless you'd like to sing something now?" Dan says, looking between Louis and I. Louis shrugs.
