I know I sound desperate and all, but if you have DeviantArt, feel free to check out my page! Most of the art I drew there is old and with a free crappy paint software. Recently though, I got Clip Art Studio ($50 version) and it's helped improve my drawings. So far, I've only drawn once with it and publicly posted it, but when I have more time to draw (I'm busy with school, writing this, and work) I will post more drawings there.
