You had went to sleep early tonight. Your bed was far too tempting not to. Your covers were warm unlike the cold weather outside, you were pretty sure it was snowing by now.

Your apartment wasn't much, just two bed rooms, a bathroom, a small kitchen and a living room. It was just enough room for you though. Since you were new to the area you didn't know very many people, and didn't care to.

You were dreaming. You were back at Bobby's, you were helping him fix up an old car just like old times.
It was a good dream.
Then there was a noise, you look to the house and see it was up in smoke, you scream, running to the house trying to get in. Sam and Dean was in there, you heard their screaming but the fire was too high, Bobby had you by your waist holding you back, telling you it was too late that they were gone. When you finally look over to him you scream once again, he had blood running down his face from a gun shot. He looked at you strangely for a moment then crumbles to the ground.

You jump awake, pouring sweat. You couldn't hardly breathe, just like all the other times you had that dream, the only difference was you had never woke up that early. Normally it went on, what woke you up?

Just then there was a bang on your door, loud and urgent. You grab your gun from your bed stand and look at the clock as you make your way to the door. No one knew you here, so why would someone be banging on your door at 2:08am? You look through the peephole and gasp, "Oh my God!" You swing the door open, letting it dint a hole into your wall as you put your gun on the table. Sam and Dean stood on the other side of the door, Dean was holding Sam upright. They were both beat to hell and bloody.

"What the hell happened?!" You pull them both in, helping Dean carry Sam on into the living room, letting him fall onto the couch. "Got on the wrong side of a Vampire nest." Dean huffs, struggling to get the words out through gritted teeth. 

You run into the bathroom, grabbing your medicine kit to start working on Sam. When you came back Dean was gone. "Where did he go?" Sam grunts "To the car, he needs to hide it around back. Too much blood all over it I guess." You lean down and access his injuries, dislocated nose, busted lip, gash on his head that was pretty deep. You move on down, shoulder out of place, probably a broke finger or two. His shirt was already pretty torn to hell, so you quickly grab one of the tears with both hands and rip his shirt open with all of your strength.
Sam let's out a huff of surprise, "Y/N, if I wasn't beat to hell right now that would have probably, really turned me on."
You roll your eyes. "Shut up Sam, the senseless flirting is your brothers job."
You go on looking him over, he had an extreme cut on his stomach, looks like his machete got turned on him. Also looked like a few broke or cracked ribs from what you could feel.

"Okay Sammy, let's get to work." You start on the wound on his stomach. It needed to be stitched, Sam was a tough son of a bitch but he had been through enough pain for one day. You make him shove a few pain pills down his throat then you put a few numbing injections around the wound. Whenever you were ready to start he wasn't feeling a damn thing.

You had just put the second stitch in when Dean comes walking back through the door. You only give him a glance as you kept to your work at hand.
The cut took almost ten stitches before it was closed up, you cleaned up a few others he had on his chest, putting skin glue on the ones that wasn't in stitch worthy condition.
You went back up to his head and neck, there were a few other wounds that needed to be cleaned and glued, then the large gash on his head had to have about four stitches. You gave him some more pain pills then started putting his fingers back into place and splinting them. His nose went back into place without much fuss. Finally it was time for his shoulder.
"Dean? Want to help me here?"
