Chapter 2

Andrew Dunder looked at the beautiful face of Amelia Sanders. Her lashes touched her pale cheeks, deep purple circles under her eyes. Her lips were dry and chapped,and gauze wrapped around her shaved head. Running a hand over his own shaved head he smiled, this was the right decision.

When his parents found out about why he shaved his head they agreed to fly him out to see her. The girl that changed their sons point of view on life. Amelia’s eyes fluttered open a groan leaving her lips as the lights attacked her eyes. The nurse came in changing out her pain medication.

“Thanks.” Amelia grinned at the nurse, not yet noticing Andrew. The nurse nodded leaving smiling at the two teens. Amelia turned finally noticing the boy sitting by the window gazing at her. His head was shaved, and he had deep blue eyes that watched her closely.

“Um Hi..” She said nervously said sitting up.

“Hey, my name is Andrew.” Grinning Andrew stood up and sat on the side of her bed.

“Nice to meet you.” Amelia’s heart fluttered as she took in this stranger.

“I saw your video online, and um” Andrew blushed running a hand over his shaved head.

“I did this for you.” He said referring to his shaved head his blush deepening.

“Y-you did?” Amelia asked leaning forward she hesitantly ran a hand across his head. Her eyes filled with tears as she sucked in a breathe.

“But you don’t even know me! You shaved your head for a perfect stranger.” Grabbing his hand Amelia looked into his eyes. “Thank you.”

“I’m not the only one either.” He grinned pulling out his phone, he showed Amelia the thousands of comments on her video.

“You know what we have to do now right?” Amelia asked with a huge grin.

“What?” Andrew asked completely caught up in her beauty.

“Post the next video! Together” She said blushing at the end. Scootching over on the bed she made room for Andrew to sit next to her. Grabbing his laptop he set it on his lap, facing the camera at the both of them.

“My name is Amelia Sanders and I have never felt so strong as I do right now.” Amelia said when Andrew clicked record. Turning she looked at him with a grin.

“And its all thanks to this boy, and all of you.” She said causing a blush to tint Andrew’s cheeks.

“Hi my name is Andrew Dunder and I have never met anyone stronger or more beautiful than this girl.” Amelia’s eyes widened as a blush coated her cheeks.

“Shut up you liar!” She giggled nudging him with her shoulder. They grinned at each other.

“It’s true though.” He said seriously staring into her eyes. Looking away Amelia felt butterflies rise in her stomach.

“I just wanted to thank all of you for being there for me. I never expected a video like that to get so many comments.”Tears gathered in her eyes as she looked at Andrew’s shaved head.

“Who would've thought such a good looking guy would fly over to see me huh! Should’ve done this years ago.” Amelia giggle knocking her knee against Andrews.
