You and Kris have been best friends since you were little, though his a silent person you didn't mind since you got use it, ahem! anyways today was Friday you were at school sitting at the center of class listening to Alphys teach while silently groaning waiting for Kris who was apparently late... again you look at the clock its already 9:30 "that's strange Kris is never usually this late" you thought
Timeskip after school
After the bell rang you quickly ran out of the classroom and head straight to Toriel's house to see Kris, apparently Toriel called the school and inform them that Kris was sick today and couldn't attend today, as you closer to Toriel's house, you notice Sans right across street standing infront of place called ''San's'' "Strange" you thought and wave at Sans which he reply with a lazy smile, you then saw undyne who was on her daily patrol, which you smiled and wave to her as well which she replied with a wave, anyways you were finally at toriel's house, you simply just knock on the door and waited for someone to answer, not long after toriel open the door and greeted you "oh! Hello there (y/n) I guess you came here to see Kris don't you" "Hello to you too Miss Toriel and of course" you reply with a cheerful smile "I see and come in" you entered Toriel's house as usual you saw a TV, the chair name Charial and smell of fresh bake Cinnamon cake in the air "the cake will be ready soon and I'm sure kris would like to see you his resting in his room" toriel suggest you nodded and walk to his room, you reach is door and you gently knock "Come in" a familier voice replied, you giggle and open the door to see Kris laying on bed with a towel on his forehead "this what happens when you tried to help" you said teasingly, then Kris pouted and turn away facing his head to the wall while crossing his arms he said if he hadn't help you, you would be in his place
Flashback to yesterday :D
Your Pov
"School is finally over" I groan while packing my stuff, Kris secretly smiled on my little action which I notice "what are you smiling about?" I ask and he just shrug while packing his stuff, after we finish we walk out of class and walk towards the exit, I just remember I left something in class "uhhh hey Kris I just remember I left something in class you go on ahead, see ya tomorrow" I told him which he nods I then head back to the classroom to retrive it, Kris would be okay since he'll be driving home with toriel, anyways I head to the exit and started walking home, by the way the sky looks I could tell is about to rain soon so I've pick of the pace but not long after it started to rain, I've look around to find shelter but to no avai "this is what I get for forgetting to bring my umbrella" you thought but then suddenly the rain stop "woah" I whisper and look up to see Kris using his sweater as a little roof to keep me covered from the rain (yes he took off his sweater BUT his wearing a tank top you pricking sinners) I blush and stammer at Kris "W-what are you doing?! Y-your gonna G-get sick if you keep this up and aren't you suppose to be at home right now with your mom?!" Kris said that he had a feeling that it was going to rain and since you didn't have your umbrella with you, he told Toriel that he has something to do so that's the reason why his not at home right now "if your gonna get sick I'm gonna rub on your face" I said running to find some shelter while Kris was just right behind me still covering me from the rain

Narrator's Pov
"I know but I told ya so but its my turn tp help you" you said
Hours past since then Kris was getting alot better actually, you gonna be staying here for tonight since its the weeken and your parents were out of town, so here you go, Toriel gave you some of your cloths that your forgot to bring home from your last sleepover and there clean well thanks goat home, it was night time you were using Asriel's bed to sleep in since his not gonna be back for a few weeks and its the only back up bed they have soooo yeah..., while your were laying on bed kris signals you, which you stood and walk to him "yeah Kris?" you ask, Kris sighs and sits on the other side of the bd he past the other side of the bed you got the signal and sat in that spot "so what you've wanted tp talk about?"
"well ever since the fir day we met"
Your eyes widen cause that's the longest sentence kris ever told you in his life, Kris begun to compliment you and told you everythimg that they like about you "so what I'm trying to say is ... I love you (y/n)"
"I love you too Kris" ....
