It's been a week since my little fight with Madison. We have passed each other in the halls and exchanged glares but she knows if she tries anything she will get dragged. She still has the bruise on her cheek as evidence and a reminder not to mess with me.

It was the end of the day and Solo, Kai and I are going to my house later to talk about my secret. Honestly I completely trust them to keep this secret and I want to explain everything to the so they understand.

Later at Etoilè's house

*Doorbell ringing*

K: Hey, I'm here.

E: Ok. I'll open the gate. Open front gate.
*opening front gate*

K: Thanks. Don't close Solo is right behind me.

Solo and Kai enter.
*closing front gate*
They both enter the house.

E: Do you guys want anything.

K: Yeah, can I have a cup of iced coffee. I have a date with  Lucas at 7 and school completely drained all of my energy.

E: Omg. Why didn't you tell me earlier.

K: Well I was going too but you have alot to deal with already and I didn't want to bother you. Anyway let's get this started.

E: So I'll just tell you guys the entire story.

S: I'll just get some water.

I give Solo his water and Kai her coffee.

E: Ok.
I sigh

E: You guys already know my real name and who my parents are but what you don't know is that my mom died six months ago in a car crash.
I say feeling the tears fill my eyes.

K:  Oh... E I'm so sorry.

E: It's okay. Anyways my dad, he hadn't been the same since. He was always sad and it was like he had no other emotions. He told me that I was the next heir to the throne and that I had to accept it and become queen but I couldn't, I mean my mom had just died and couldn't do that it would've felt wrong taking her place. A month had passed and I thought things were getting a little better but then my father. . . . .

I couldn't bring myself to say it I was already crying and the tears started to dry on my face. I took a deep breath and said it.

E: He. . . killed himself. The ring I wear all the time, my parents gave it to me on my sixteenth birthday. The reason I'm running is because I have until I turn eighteen to claim the throne but I just can't it doesn't feel right with no parents to boss me around, no parents to guide me through life, no parents to love me.

I bit my lip as hard as possible trying not to cry and thankfully I was able to hold back my tears. It felt like a damn was about to burst.

S: I'm sorry you had to go through all of that French fry.
Our eyes connected and I saw a hint of sadness like he was remembering something  but it was quickly masked with sincerity. He wasn't sad for me he was sad for himself like he remembered something painful that happened during his life.

K: Yeah me too E. You know what I'm gonna cancel my date and we can spend the night together.
She whipped out her phone

E: No! You're going on that date.
I said pushing her to the door

K: Are you sure?

E: Yes. Now go! You're gonna be late.

K: Fine. Call if you need anything.

E: Okay bye.

I shut the door. And walked over to the couch where Solo was sitting and pulled my knees to my chest.

S: Are you okay French Fry?

Just then the damn broke all of the tears fell down my face. Solo scooted over and hugged me. I just sat there and cried.

S: It's gonna be okay.

E: I has to be.

I stopped crying and wiped away my tears.

E: There's one more secret I haven't told you...
I really like you. It's like you make my whole day better when you're around.

S: I like you too and I feel the same way. It's like you're the reason why In get up every morning because I get to see you.

Before I knew it we were kissing.
I just realised that I was kissing the school's golden boy. His lips were so soft and his mouth tasted like mint. I ran my hands through his hair and he put his hands on my waist. I was now on top of him. He pulled away.

S: I think I should go.

E: Oh...uh okay. See you at school.

S: Bye.

I couldn't believe he just walked out like that after we talked about our feelings for each other and he kissed me but it was amazing.
