Okay so I have a dilemma. I keep getting really tired at like 7 at night and its worrying my parents bc they think I'm sinking back into depression, which I'm not. How do I stay awake?? Energy drinks? Idk. I just get really tired really early, especially after, like, being with friends bc I use up a lot of energy. I just don't know what to do bc I'm not depressed much anymore, I'm legit just exhausted after my day ends.
