-Day 42 of 100-

Jane's POV

I woke up early and showered right afterwards. Today is a Monday. Meaning I'll have to go and meet with Mrs. Coleman and this lady who claims to be my mother. I'm feeling nervous actually. I wonder what does she look like? Mrs. Coleman said she looks exactly like me but I highly doubt that she is my mother. Her evidence seems so.. common.

I wonder if I have siblings. That's when it hit me. I haven't even told Zayn about this yet. I guess he doesn't need to know right? Unless it's been confirmed or anything then I will tell him. Let's just hope he won't be all dramatic and shit.

Laughing to myself, I dried my body and head to my closet. I chose a simple leggings, a plain white shirt and a cropped leather jacket. I put on my biker boots then applied a light make up and dried my hair. I stored my phone, wallet, earphones and shades inside my small gray sling bag with tassels as design.

As I was making my way to the kitchen to eat, I spot Liam, Louis, Niall, Zayn and Bella all scattered around the living room. Bella was on top of Niall's back. Zayn was sitting against the couch while

Liam and Louis was on starfish position. I laugh silently at them. They must be really drunk.

I filled my cup with coffee and ate my Froot Loops in silence. I watch the clock tick. It's already 7:19. Early, huh? Well, I wanna go without anyone asking where I am and I wanna go home early. I savored the taste of my favorite cereal.

When I finished eating, it was already 7:30. I almost finished the whole box of Froot Loops . I decided that I'll leave them a note because maybe they'll freak out if ever someone goes into my room and I wasn't there - especially Zayn.

I went somewhere. Don't ask me where when I get back. Don't worry I'll go home. Love you guys xx

PS: I ate the Froot Loops. Don't whine about it. ;)

PPS: I borrowed your Cooper, Bells.

- J xx

I placed the note on the island counter and walked to the door. Keys on my hand. I was about to open the door when I heard someone yell lazily.

"You won't beat me at this Malik!" Louis' voice rang and I laughed loudly. I shook my head and head to the car.

____

It was traffic on the way to Fremont and it sucked. I have visited the orphanage for only three times. Now is the first time in four years I can come and visit once again. The joy I feel whenever I visit there is now replaced by nervousness.

Come to think of it. They leave me when I was still a baby and come back eighteen years later? It scared me. Maybe they were just kidnappers or someone who wants to kill me. I hope that Mrs. Coleman already called my mother about this - the adoptive one.

The traffic finally died down and I was now freely driving Bella's car. It was nice and cozy. I immediately miss my car back in Denver.

Will those people prove that I am their daughter? Do I need to be angry at them? I mean they abandoned me when I was a baby. Oh my gosh this is frustrating.

I let out a large huff. My phone then rang and I rolled my eyes at the road. I fished my phone out of my bag from the shotgun while focusing at the road. I mindlessly tapped the answer and placed it in between my ears and shoulder so I'm like a retard here.

"Hello?" I greet.

"Where are you?" A husky voice from the other line said. I know who this is.

I chuckled, "Where did you get my number?" I asked.
