Chapter 3: MAMA's pt. 2

Taehyung's POV:

I watched TWICE's performance, and I couldn't help but watch Tzuyu the whole time... She's so beautiful, and I love her voice too. Its like I'm watching the performance in slow motion, her hair falling perfectly into place, and her smile is so perfect. 

After their performance, we got up and headed backstage so that we could get ready for our own performance. As we walked down the long hallways, we passed TWICE who was breathing heavily since they had just finished their performance. My eyes met Tzuyu's and I was so stunned at her beauty for a moment before her eyes flicked to someone behind me. I continued to follow Namjoon hyung back to our dressing room to get ready for our performance. 

After about 15 minutes of getting dressed and having our makeup done, I become hungry and decide that I want a snack. 

"Does anyone want to come with me to grab a snack from the vending machines?" I ask. 

"Sure, I'll come too" said Jungkook.

"Get me something!" Jin hyung says.

Jungkook and I leave the dressing room, and head over to the vending machines. We chat about the MAMA's and the performances of the other groups. When we reach the vending machines, I see a girl putting money into the machine. But the coins in her hand slip, and the three of us reach down to help pick it up. As I get up and hand the money to her, I take a look at her face. Tzuyu??

Tzuyu POV:

"Unnies, do any of you want a snack? I'm getting a little hungry" I said

"YES GIVE ME ALL" Momo unnie yelled.

I leave the dressing room, and head over to the vending machines to get a bunch of snacks. I needed a lot of coins to get everything that Momo unnie and Dahyun unnie wanted. The coins slipped from my hands, and rolled to the ground. I bent down to grab them when I saw two other guys helping me out. One of them reaches to give me back the coins when I look up to see that it's Taehyung sunbaenim.

"Oh! Sunbaenim annyeonhaseyo," I said, bowing a little to him.

"Tzuyu ssi, call me Taehyung," he said, right before I saw Jungkook. 

"Jungkook oppa!" I yell before throwing my arms around him, which was a little difficult with all of the coins and snacks that I was holding. 

"Tzuyu anneyeong!" said Jungkook, "its been so long!"

"I know right?" I said. I could see Taehyung sunbaenim-I mean Taehyung standing by awkwardly. 

"Oh! Hyung, this is my friend Tzuyu" said Jungkook.

"Yeah I know" he muttered, "I'm going to go back okay?"

Taehyung left, and Jungkook and I stared after him for a second. Then we started to catch up with each other, since we hadn't seen each other in a long time. After about 5 minutes, he realized that he should go back and get ready for his performance. He walked me back to the dressing room, and hugged me. 

"Bye Tzuyu~"

"Annyeong Jungkook oppa!"

I couldn't help but smile as I opened the door and handed everybody their snacks. 

"Ooh Tzuyu-ah have you been talking to someone? You're smiling~" Dahyun unnie yells.

"Really Tzuyu?" Sana unnie asks.

"No, I was just talking to Jungkook!" I protest.

"Mhm sure," Sana unnie nods as she opened her bag of chips. 

I roll my eyes and steal a chip from her. I put away my bag, and realize that Taehyung never gave me back the coins that I dropped. He just reached to give it to me, but was surprised and never gave them to me. Oh well, thats ok. I go back to the makeup chair to have my makeup retouched. The stylist unnie ordered my to close my eyes as she reapplied my eyeshadow. I heard a knock on the door, and I could hear quick footsteps walking towards the door, probably Jihyo unnie. The door clicks open and I hear, "Taehyung sunbaenim?"

Taehyung's POV:

Tzuyu was too busy talking to Jungkook, so I decided to leave, since I felt awkward. I felt like I had been stabbed, stabbed through my heart. But she hadn't done anything. Control yourself Taehyung! You've only talked to her once! 

I sighed, and continued walking down the hallway, my footsteps echoing against the floor. I quickly opened the door to our dressing room, and flopped onto the couch. I felt something inside my hand, and when I looked at it, I realized that I had completely forgotten to give Tzuyu her coins back! I groaned and didn't know what to do. I should probably give them back to her. 

"Taehyung gwenchanah?" Jin hyung asked (are you ok)

"Yes I'm fine hyung, I have to go return something to a friend"

I quickly get up, and walk out of the dressing room. What am I going to say to her? I pass Jungkook walking in the opposite direction holding snacks from the vending machine. He's probably done talking to Tzuyu, obviously. He looks at me, with a question in his eyes. I don't say anything, but just continue walking forwards. I pass many different rooms, looking for the sign that says "트와이스" (TWICE)

I finally find it, and I debate on what I should do. In the end, I decide to knock and wait, since that is the most polite thing to do. I tap my knuckles on the door twice (get it?) and wait. I hear sounds of heels quickly walking across the floor. Another TWICE member opens it. She has long black hair with bangs, and has big eyes, so she's probably the leader, Jihyo.

"Taehyung sunbaenim?" she asks.

"Ne, annyeonghaseyo Jihyo ssi, I'm here to return Tzuyu's money" I say.

"Oh, then you can come in" she says. I hesitatingly step inside, and I see a big room with multiple couches where most of the TWICE members are sitting. There are multiple mirrors with makeup chairs infront of them. The other TWICE member look at me when I walk in, and they are extremely surprised. The most surprised is Sana, the girl who did the shy shy shy thing in Cheer Up. She is completely frozen in her seat, her eyes wide. I search for Tzuyu, and spot her in a makeup chair, getting her eyeshadow done. Even though her eyes are closed, she still looks like an angel. I walk towards her, and the stylist realizes, and stops putting on makeup. Tzuyu slowly opens her eyes, and hers too, widens, once she sees me.

"Taehyung?" she asks in her angelic voice.

"Tzuyu anneyeong! I forgot to give your money back." I say, handing her the money.

"Gomabseubnida" she says, (thank you) "Good luck on your performance!"

"Thanks Tzuyu"

I leave the dressing room, quietly closing the door behind me. I look up to see Jungkook close by, on his phone. He looks up too, and his eyes widen when he sees me and he quickly walks towards me. 

"What are you doing here?" we ask at the same time.
