Chapter 11: Coffee

Sana's POV:

"Unnie?" a soft voice asks me from across the couch.

"What's up Tzuyu?" I ask, putting my phone down.

"You know how Jungkook has been 'proving himself' to me?"

"Yeah" I say, because none of the members know about my history with Jungkook.

"I think that I like him," she pauses, "after we went on that date, we've been texting me a lot, and I think that I really do like him."

"Thats great! You should talk to him tomorrow!" I said enthusiastically.

"Ok thanks unnie" she says as she walks to the kitchen.

I sigh and flop onto the couch. I can tell that Jungkook likes her back, but I really hope that Jungkook doesn't tell Tzuyu about our rocky past. Then Tzuyu will ask why I gave her permission to date him. Please Jungkook don't tell Tzuyu. I then return to the game I was playing on my phone.

Tzuyu's POV:

Tzuyu: Jungkook can I meet you tomorrow?

Kookie 🍪: Sure what time?

Tzuyu: Is 7pm okay? At the usual cafe?

Kookie 🍪: Sure! See you then!

The stylist unnie orders me to close my eyes, and I set my phone down and obey her. She's putting on makeup for the interview and games that we have in about 15 minutes. The stylist unnie finishes my makeup, and we hurry behind the stage where the interview is being held.  

"Its now time for the popular girl group, TWICE" the announcers says, and we walk onto the stage and sit on the elevated seats. The taller four members sit in the back, and the shorter 5 members sit in the front. We talk and laugh for a couple questions and the interviewer asks us questions like, "what is your favorite song?" and "what do you typically do in the dorms?" until the interviewer asks a question that surprises us.

"So are there any members that are dating right now?"

Jihyo is quick to answer, "We are currently very busy with our schedules around the world, and so we are focusing on that before dating, and we still have our dating ban, which will end pretty soon though."

"Ah, the dating ban. How could I forget?" The interviewer says with a laugh. During Jihyo's response, I was looking around nervously, hoping that they didn't have any idea about me and Jungkook's date. Every one was carefully nodding at the camera, making sure that the viewers don't get any wrong ideas. But I noticed Nayeon unnie also carefully looking at the cameras in front of us too. I should ask her about it when the show is over. 

For the rest of the time, we played some games for the entertainment of our fans, and the interview was finally over. I relaxed, silently thanking God that no one else knew about my date with Jungkook. 

Taehyung's POV:

Today was the day where I get to meet Tzuyu! That morning, I woke up with a smile on my face that I couldn't wipe off. I took a shower and changed into a black shirt and black jeans. As I sat down at the dining room table to eat Jin hyung's breakfast, I could see Namjoon hyung watching me carefully.

"Taehyung why are you so happy today?" he asked.

"Oh, nothing" I said, trying to stop myself from smiling again. We finished eating breakfast, and I joined Hoseok hyung in front of the TV. He was watching some interview, and I wasn't really paying attention because of the chips in front of me. When I finally got the chance to look at the screen, I caught a glimpse of Tzuyu, surprising me. 

"Hyung, who is that?" I asked.

"Its TWICE! Do you not know them?

"Of course I do, I just wanted to make sure" I said sheepishly. We spent a couple of hours just lazily hanging around in the dorm until I had about 30 minutes until it was time to meet up with Tzuyu. I went to my room to grab a coat when I heard the front door open.

"Hyung! I'm going out!" I heard Jungkook yell. I didn't think much of it and left the dorm a couple minutes later. 

I drove over to the small cafe where Tzuyu and I were going to meet. I chose to sit at the table for two in the very back of the cafe so that people wouldn't recognize us. It started to rain outside, and I hoped that she wouldn't take too long. 

I was staring out of the window, when the bells hanging on the door rang. I immediately looked up to see Tzuyu, still beautiful with rain slightly dripping down her hair and clothes. 

"Tzuyu! Annyeong!" I say awkwardly to her as she sits down at the table. 

"Taehyung oppa annyeong!" she says, shaking the rain out of her hair. She called me oppa I think to myself, and smile like an idiot.

"Did you order anything yet?" she asks. I shake my head, so she goes up to the cafe counter to order two cups of coffee. We sip the coffee and talk about everything in our life. From our hectic schedule to dogs. We both love dogs. On TV, Tzuyu seems quiet, and watches her unnies, but she is actually very talkative. 

The back door slams open, and a figure in a dark jacket walks in, shaking the rain from themselves. He looks up to see me and Tzuyu. Isn't that Jungkook? He storms towards us, anger firing through his eyes.

"Tzuyu? Why are you with Taehyung? I thought-" he doesn't finish his sentence before he storms out again, clearly too angry to finish his sentence.

"Jungkook, wait" Tzuyu says as she runs after him.

I had no choice but to quickly pay, and follow Tzuyu, hoping she doesn't get lost or hurt in the rain.
