Chapter 5: After Party

Tzuyu's POV:

"GIRLS WE'RE MEETING IN THE LIVING ROOM IN AN HOUR" Jihyo unnie shouted at us from across the dorm.

"NE" we all shouted back to her, as we got ready for the after party. 

We spend the next hour changing into a million dresses, and asking each other for their opinion. We lightly did our makeup and our hair, knowing that the stylists unnies will probably change it in the van. We freely danced and sang to any songs that came up on the speaker. The highlight of the evening was Dahyun unnie singing "Fire" at the top of her lungs and dancing on Sana unnies bed while Sana unnie yelled in her high pitched scream to get off. After an hour, we sat down on our couch in the living room, to make sure we were all here. 

"Na"

"Jeong"

"Mo"

"Sa"

"Ji"

"Mi"

"Da"

"Chae"

"Tzu"

"Okay we're all here! Lets go!" Jihyo unnie shouted, and we all ran out of the dorm. Once we filed into the van, the stylist unnies added to our hair an makeup on the way to the hotel that hosted the private after party. 

We exited the van, and entered the hotel through the back door, so that local citizens wouldn't be able to see and spot us. We rode the elevator up to the top floor, and I felt happy, because we could do anything at the after party, without any paparazzi catching us. The elevator opened with a ding, and we walked out to see music blasting, and other idols dancing. The top floor of the hotel was basically a giant room with big windows, and multiple balconies next to each one. There were other groups like Got7, Blackpink, Wanna One, Red Velvet, Seventeen, GFriend, and a lot more. I looked for BTS, but I guess they weren't here yet. 

I rushed towards Rosé with Nayeon unnie, because Nayeon unnie is friends with Jisoo and Jennie, all from Blackpink. I'm only close to Rosé, so I don't really know the other members very well.

"Tzuyu! How've you been?" Rosé asks. 

"You know, the usual schedule" I say, and we talk for a couple minutes. Our conversation is interrupted by some cheers, and we turn to where the sound is coming from. BTS is walking in, and there are other idols who are talking to them already, when they're literally halfway through the door. I make eye contact with Jungkook, who looks a little, nervous. I give him a questioning look, to ask him if there's anything wrong. Taehyung is behind him, and I can see him looking at me, so I look at him, and he smiles.

I walk over to Mina unnie and Sana unnie, who are over where the snacks are. Sana unnie is watching Taehyung. I'm pretty sure the she likes Taehyung, but for some reason, a part of my heart doesn't want to let Taehyung be with Sana. I shake my head a little, forgetting the thought, as I see Jimin sunbaenim walking towards us. 

"Annyeong Mina, Sana and Tzuyu" he says. He startes to have a conversation with Mina unnie and Sana unnie, but mostly Mina unnie. I'm not quite listening to the conversation, until Mina unnie pokes me.

"Sorry, what?" I say.

Jimin sunbaenim laughs a little, showing his crescent moon shaped eyes. "You're good friends with Jungkook, right?" he asks.

"Yes I am... Why?" I reply, unsure of what he's going to say next.

"Oh, nothing" he says, slightly smirking, and continues to talk to Mina unnie. What was that all about? I feel my phone vibrate, indicating that I have a message. I pull my phone out, and see a new text.

Kookie🍪: tzuyu-ah, can you meet me on the balcony closest to the elevator?

Tzuyu: ok

I put my phone away, a little bit worried. Jungkook only says "Tzuyu-ah" when he needs to tell me something serious. I opened the big door that led to the balcony, and saw Jungkook standing, looking at the view of the city.

"Jungkook?" I asked. He led me over to sit down on the small bench, overlooking the city. He looked incredibly nervous, more than I saw before, and more nervous than I've ever seen him.He sighed, and held my hands in his, and faced me.

"Tzuyu, I-"
