"Babe...Dana,what about I take leave tomorrow and we sit down at home and plan for our honeymoon?"Once I said it,Dana whipped around.
"Are you actually real right now?You want to get married?"Dana said,a questioning tone dominating her voice.I felt myself turning red immediately after Dana's sentence.
"Uh..yeah.We've been dating for so long,and I want you to be with me forever.Ever since that day in high school,I already liked you and now i want to secure the knot that as tied us together for 6 years.Will you marry me?"I gushed out,like an overflowing fountain of water,WHILE DRIVING.
"Magnus,that's sweet,but.."Dana gushed."WATCH THE ROAD!"Dana said suddenly.I quickly turned back to driving and realised that iwas coming to a bend.I slowed the car and turned neatly on the sharp corner.
"You were saying?"I asked Dana.
"Oh...yes,that's sweet,and...sure."As she said this,she grabbed me and hugged.Tightly,like she always did. Luckily,we had reached the restaurant and I had already stopped in a parking space.I hugged her back,smelling the shampoo she had used.
"OK,let's do this properly." They got out of the car and I took out a diamond ring in a box which i had put in the glove box for a while,hoping to get a perfect moment,and now it had come,I wasn't going to waste it.I got down on one knee in front of Dana and said the words that would bound me together forever.
Hand in hand,we walked into the restaurant smiling.
''Wow,Dana,what's that on your finger?''Tanya,being the ever observant one,immediately noticed the ring.
''Yeah,soo....''Dana looked at me.
''We got married!"I finished for her.
"OH MY GODD!YAYY YOU!"Tanya shouted,much to the consternation of the other customers at the restaurant.Suddenly,Tobias appeared out of nowhere,behind where Tanya was sitting and covered her sight with one hand,while brandishing a open box from his pocket and placing it on the table.
"AGHHHH!Who's that?"Tanya literally screamed again,this time attracting the attention of the rather pudgy supervisor
a few strides away.I hastily made an 'ok' sign with my hand to the supervisor,signaling that everything was all right.
Then,Tobias took away his hand to allow Tanya to focus her gaze on the ring box sitting on the table in front of her.When Tanya registered the box in front of her,she immediately burst into tears of joy.
"Oh my goodness!"Tanya turned around and faced Tobias,who took the box and was now kneeling in front of Tanya's chair.
"Tanya Aurelia Fox,will you marry me?'
At this point,Tanya was already crying.As she sniffled with tears of joy..
Immediately the restaurant burst into celebratory cheers.Even the kitchen staff came out to cheer for the two newly-wed couples.We sat at our table,bursting with smiles from ear to ear.
