His heart is broken and he knows that doing this. Being this violent won't get him anywhere. The pain in his heart is evident seeing that Sharon left him, that was months ago, but now she's back and there's something different about her. There's something about the way she walks that tells him he should be jealous, that he should envy the person that she's become, envy the person that she's with now. The looks she gives him tells him everything he needs to know. The smile on her face tells him that she's happy but she knows that he's not- and that was the whole point- to make him feel small and not at all himself. He hates how she makes him feel but he knows that she's not right for him, that she's only hurting him because she wants to move on but she doesn't want him to move on. She's a snake and they both know it. The only reason she comes to the tower is because she wants to show herself off and pretend to be happy that he's pretending to be happy and then go back out with a smile on her face knowing that he's hurting, he's so damn close to calling it quits.

"Mr. Rogers?" A small voice comes from the doorway of the training room, it's a soothing sort of voice but he ignores it. He keeps doing what he is, punching the bag repeatedly. Ignoring the mat and ignoring the sand now and punching what's left of the bag so he gets its full use rather than just tossing it away. He just shakes his head when he hears his name again, though this one sounded sincerer and sterner than the original. This voice was... Tempting to say the least. Calming and hopeful. "Steve!"
