"John?" You asked as Finn let you into the living room. John realised you had arrived and rushed to shut the door to the other room.
"I didn't think you'd be here until later." He admitted and rubbed the back of his head as he smiled at you.
"It's later than you think. We were supposed to meet down the road remember?" You said, pointing to the clock. "I can reschedule if you're busy."
"It's fine. I'll just tell my brother the most beautiful lady in Birmingham has to steal me away." He said with a wink as you blushed.
"Are you trying to charm forgiveness for your lateness?" You asked with a sly laugh.
"You have such a pretty face. You should be on a Christmas card." He said and grinned as he excused himself to tell his brothers he was leaving with you.
