Oliver's POV:
I walked into my office and Officer Lance said while turning on the tv, "Oliver you have to see this! There's a name to the new villian out there, a face to the vigilante mob. The media is calling him 'The Black Tornado."
The news came on with a video of a some vigilantes. The leader that was presumed was on the tv screen. He wore a black leather suit, similar to the ones like the league of assassins wear.

The leader said, "There are bombs placed all over Star City and if the Mayor isn't handed over in the next 48 hours, then this city will go up in flames!" As soon as he was there, he was quickly gone.

Officer Lance said, "What are we going to do?"
I said, "We're going to find another way to get around the Black Tornado, and we're going to save Star City."

I walked out of my office and multiple reports started yelling, "Mayor Queen! What do you have to say about the all of the threats of the groups of vigilantes, known as the Black Tornado and his mob? What do you plan to do to stop them?"

I cleared my throat and said, "We have recently put in a law to stop all vigilantes from taking over the city. As for the so called group of vigilantes, we will not bend to terrorists. As the citizens of Star City we will come together United and stop them from destroying our city. Thank you."
Several reporters kept yelling and asking questions, but I just kept on walking because I didn't know how I was going to stop them, yet.

-in the bunker-
Felicity's POV:
"Okay thanks Oliver, I'll see you soon."
I slowly hung up the phone, when I noticed that William had moved to the chair next to me. I looked up and found curious baby blue eyes staring back at me.
William said, "Was that Oliver? What did he want?"
I hesitated but then decided that William deserved the truth, or at least part of it.
"A vigilante known as the "Black Tornado" has threatened the city."
William looked at me and said, "Is there anything I can do to help?"
I smiled and said, "No not right now. But i'm going to see what evidence Oliver has."

Just as I finished my sentence the greatest and hottest man alive walked down the steps. It just so happened that it was raining outside and Oliver was wearing a white shirt. I couldn't help but look at his abs through his soaked white shirt.

Oliver gave me a glance, noticing my staring, but also noticing that William was in the room.
"William aren't you supposed to be at school by now? It's 7 o'clock." Oliver said as confusion spread across his face.
"No, we have a late start today, school doesn't start until 9 o'clock. " William said with a smile.
Oliver just nodded and returned his focus back to me and finding the vigilantes.

Oliver said, "Have you found anything on this "Black Tornado"?"
Quickly regaining my composure I walk over to my computer.

I say, "The group of vigilantes or as I like to call them 'the mob vigilantes' killed 7 people in the past week, including the District Attorney. They've been seen countless times in the glades, doing who knows what--drug deals, killing sprees, and just robbing. I have nothing on the "Black Tornado" man quite yet, but I'll let you know if I find anything."

Oliver nodded and said, "I have to go change and get ready for my day job. When I get back, William let's go get some breakfast."
William said with a big smirk, "No need, Felicity already got me breakfast. We had mint chip ice cream."
He quickly turned to me, with a disapproving glare.
I shot him a big smile and said, "Good source of calcium!"
Oliver just rolled his eyes and went to go get dressed.

At school:
William's POV:
Felicity was walking me to my first day of school at Star City. Ever since I moved to Star City, it had been really difficult for me. A couple of the kids my age, I had met would call me "The Snooty Mayor Pretty Boy's Kid."

Felicity opened the door to the middle school, and said "You'll do great! Don't let those kids beat your confidence down." She then said in a whisper tone, "Plus you're way smarter than any of the kids would ever dream to be."

I looked back at her and said, "Thanks Felicity, I just wish Oliver was here to take me to my first day."
It's not that I didn't like Felicity, it's just that I wish my dad could have been there for my first day. She was nice, she kind of reminded me of my mom in a way.

We walked into the guidance office to get my schedule. The guidance counselor said, "Okay William, now you're all set."
I turned to Felicity as her phone started ringing. She said, "Oh gosh, I have to take this. Are you going to be okay?"
I slowly nodded as she got up and squeezed my shoulder for comfort and walked out the door.

Felicity's POV:
I answered the phone, and said, "Hello?"
Diggle said, "Felicity I need you back at the lair now. Oliver's been taken."
"Okay, I'm on my way." I said as I rushed out of the school.
