CH. 14

                     Near the end of the show the boys began to get ready for their closing segment. "Don't forget Roman goes out first then me and finally you Dean." Seth stated while finishing his warm up. "Yeah yeah we know already." Dean mumbled as he sat on the couch beside Marie to finish putting his shoes on. "Alright you two let's go. Remember Marie stay i here and wait for us to get back and then we'll go grab something to eat." Roman patted her on the head as he walked past. "Yeah I know." She replied with a huff at him messing up her hair.

There was about 15 minutes of the show left when there was a knock on the locker room door. Marie was unsure if she should answer the door, but Roman hadn't told her not to. She got up to open the door, "Hello?" There stood Hunter and Stephanie. "Hello I'm Hunter and this is my wife Stephanie. We heard a rumor going around that Dean had brought a guest for tonight's show. To be honest we were quite intrigued and couldn't help but stop by." Marie was stunned. "Uh...Right. Well my name is Marie but I'm actually Romans guest. I'm his older sister." She stated extending her hand to shake. Hunter smiled, "Are you by chance the women who was in the ring with The Shield boys the other day at the gym?" "Yes sir. It was me. Am I not allowed to do so?" She asked worried that she was going to get the boys in trouble. Hunter and Stephanie laughed, "Please just call us by our names. No, none of you are in trouble or anything. What you do with family and friends is not our business unless you make it our business." Stephanie replied with a stern warning tone. Marie sighed in relief. "We actually would like to ask you something about that though." "Um OK." "Don't worry it's nothing to bad. We saw your performance in the ring and were quite surprised. You're the perfect diva material and we would like to offer you a spot here on RAW." Marie was so surprised she had to take a seat on the couch again. "Ar-Are you sure? I mean you know next to nothing about me?" She stated, stuttering out her surprise. Stephanie laughed, "You're right but what Hunter saw in that ring was amazing enough for him to immediately call me and start talking about you being a new diva." "How would this even work if I agreed? I mean how would you do a story line where I just come out of no-" She was cut off by the boys reentering the locker room. "What's going on here?" Roman asked arching an eyebrow as he realized someone besides just Marie was in the room. "Hello boys. We were just here to ask Marie if she would join us as RAW's newest diva. We saw her in ring work with you boys at the gym the other day and couldn't risk the chance of missing out on gaining a new diva who can really wrestle." Hunter stated as the others stood there in shock. Roman sighed, "What are you thinking little shadow? I can see the wheels turning in that head of yours." "If I decided to accept...What would my incoming story line be?" She asked in all seriousness and a bit of curiosity as well. "Well for starters we'll make promos about a new mysterious superstar who is so amazing that they are skipping NXT altogether. Later we'll start introducing you little by little. Since we don't have a character idea for you yet, we can use the time for now to crate one for you." Hunter suggested with Stephanie nodding along. The room was silent. "Listen little shadow, I know this is a lot to take in, but you and me both know that this is a pretty good deal. You like wrestling just as much as I do and you're good at it. Like really good. You know the only reason you didn't become a wrestler was because mom and pops didn't want their precious baby girl to get hurt. You're older now though, you have a chance an opportunity to do something you love. So what's it gonna be?" Roman asked as he placed a comforting hand on her shoulder.
