Chapter 9

Toni's POV

"Another touch down! You're on it Topaz!" the coach shouted out to her as she came back around with the ball under her arm. Sam ran over and nudged me.

"Hey you, gotta let someone else play" she laughed shaking her head "I say all that time with Veronica is paying off, you're playing twice as good and before you were perfect"

I had to admit the thought of Veronica always pushed me on and knowing she could be watching. Alot of the time, the vixens are practising outside as we play, I hoped one of those days would be today.

"Whatever it is, as long as you keep playing like this, I don't care" the coach grinned.

"Will do sir" I nodded a little.

"Topaz you in for the final practice on Saturday? Actually that's not a question that's a demand" he crossed his arms.

"can't sir, promised V that I'd spend the day with her, sorry" I scratched the back of my neck awkwardly. He frowned slightly and shook his head.

"Football before the girl" he walked off. I slid off my helmet and let my wet pink curls escape. My eyes fell onto a group of girls wearing white and yellow come over to the edge of the field. A grin grew on my face instantly.
I started running at top speed towards the edge of the field.

"Baby!" I called out over and one raven haired girl turned to face me. Her face instantly turned into a grin. She ran to me and jumped at me. I caught her with ease as her legs curled around tm waist for support and her arms around my neck, finally her lips crashing against mine. Both our eyes closed in sync, become hungry as our lips moved faster.

"alright alright!" the sharp tone of Cheryl Blsosom broke through our kiss. Veronica pulled back but didn't jump down. "just because you're jealous doesn't mean you get to decide when we do and don't kiss " Veronica scoffed and pressed a kiss on my neck and started to suck lightly on my sweet spot.

"Toni, you ready for tonight?" Cheryl asked with a mischivious smirk on her lips. Veronica looked at me confused and with a slight frown in her brow.

"Yeah hopefully we can clear everything up so I can be left to be with my girlfriend and stop this whole charade" I replied not mensing to be quite as harsh but I didn't want her trying to get Veronica mad at me. Veronica seemed a little more satisfied where as Cheryl looked a little flushed.

"Hey vixens, ready to come watch us, you have seen the girls" Archie fucking Andrews walked up to the vixens. Veronica got down from me, planting her feet on the ground but I kept my arm around her waist protectively.

"Archie, I pick who I want to pick and I told the girls we are watching the ladies play, far more entertaining" she rolled her eyes at him.

"Oh please it's only because you want to stare at Toni playing to get a good picture of her to masturbate to later" he scoffed and Cheryls face turned in to a shocked horror.

"Back off and shut it Andrews!" I snapped walking up to him ans glared at him. "You don't get to say fucked up things like that to Cheryl, so I'm gonna Give you one warning. Run or else" my fist clenched slightly. Cheryl looked down at me with a small smile.

"What you gonna do tiny?" he crossed his arms chuckling.

"You wouldn't wanna know" my voice was dark and venom spilled from my lips in the form of words.

"Alright Topaz, whatever" he rolled his eyes and took a step back.

"Now scamper Andrews" I turned to Veronica and started to walk to her.

"Toni look out!" Cheryl shouted but it was too late. I felt the sharp pain in the back of my head and I stumbled slightly from the impact.

"Toni!" Veronica ran to my side to keep me up. I turned to look at archie who had just thrown the football full pelt into the back of my head.
