Darkness. At least, that's all that Blake saw, anyways. Ever since she blacked out after Ryker marked her, she has been wondering endless dark void. Walking along and hoping to find something the vast of nothingness.

"I swear," grumbled Blake, "If I ever get out of here, that wolf is going to pay, WITH A SILVER KNIFE STRAIGHT UP HIS-"

Blake was cut of by a sound in the distance, it sounded like laughter and giggling. She peered ahead and small figure. It was a little girl. She couldn't make out the face because of the distance. But it was a little girl. Then suddenly, the girl dashed on ahead.

"Hey wait!" Blake yelled while running to catch up.

The little girl had a huge head-start on her. While Blake ran after, the scenery changed. The once empty nothingness, turned into luscious green. Before Blake realised it, she was standing in a forest.

"What the hell..." Blake whispered to herself.

Walking through bushes and bending over and dodging tree branches, Blake continued to pursuit of the little girl. Walking further deeper into the forest and to her amazement, she saw the little girl entered into a large, wooden cabin. Without further delay, Blake walked up to the cabin and knocked on the door, there was no reply. She knocked a little harder, but there was still no answer. She went to knock harder but the door opened just a crack.

Blake proceeded with caution and entered. She looked already and couldn't shake the feeling that she been to this place before, but to her that was impossible. She walked from what looked like the living room to the kitchen. Almost entering the kitchen, she stop herself and hid at the side of the threshold. She spotted the little girl seated on a high chair in front of a bar counter. Behind said counter was a mid-aged woman, with raven black and nice figure. Blake had to see her face.

"Here you go, honey" The lady said to the little girl, "Your favorite, PB and J sandwiches."

"Cool! Thanks mommy," The little girl thanked her mother.

"Let's eat them outside, okay, Blake?" The woman giggled.

Blake was shocked. Did that woman really called her daughter, Blake? The woman turned around and she looked like an older version of Blake. For more to add on, the plate of sandwiches magic floated through the air and little girl grabbed it and ran towards the doorway. At that moment, Blake got a good look at the child's face and incredibly, she looked like Blake, but a lot younger.

Blake turned back to the lady in the kitchen, however, before she realise it, she was standing in a dark and barely lit hallway. She wondered for a bit and then saw light coming from a far away, creak-opened door. As she got closer she began to hear voices. When she was close enough she saw a girl peeking through the creak.

Blake tried to get the girl's attention, but to avail, it was like the girl was deaf. Blake got close and was surprised to she that this girl looked like her also. However, this Blake was looked like she was fifteen or sixteen. She tried to shake her to get her attention and her hand phased through her like the young Blake was never there. Recovering her wits, she heard one of the voice coming from the room sounded like the woman from before, who she pieced together was her mother, and the other voice sounded like it was coming from a telephone.

"You need to get out of there soon, Amanda!" The voice on the phone said warningly. "They're beginning to close in on you!"

"You think I don't know! No matter what fake names we use or where we go, they always find us somehow," Amanda retorted.

"He won't stop until he has her, Amanda," The voice said grimly.

Blake was getting tired of just standing there, she wanted answers. She reached for the doorknob and walked into the room only to find herself in the middle of a street.

Then she heard screams coming from just up ahead from around the curve. When she got there, there were people men, women and children alike, running to the opposite direction phasing through her like ghosts. When she got to the source, the sight was horrible. People in black wearing hoods with eyes as red as blood and sharp fangs, were capturing, killing and biting innocent people. Vampires... It was an awful sight, they were either drinking people dry, tearing out their throat or killing them on the spot. No man or woman was spared, not even the children.

With the scent of blood thick in the air and chaos all around, all Blake could do was watch the scene unfold. Then in another instant, Blake saw that she was standing in a musky, run down alleyway. She saw two adults and a girl. With a closer look again, it was Blake standing with her mother and... Chief Gordon?!

"Amanda, what are we going to do?" The chief spoke urgently.

"I don't know, I didn't think they would reveal themselves, much less come here of all places to do so!" Amanda retorted stressfully.

Amanda stayed quiet for a few moments. She seemed to think about the situation long and hard until she got an idea.

"The two of you get out of here right now," Blake's mom said calmly.

"The hell that's happening!" Gordon exclaimed.

"What he said! Mom you're crazy if you think we will leave you here willingly?!" Blake follow up not too long after.

"I know, but Blake... You still have your whole life ahead of you. Besides, it's you that they're really after."

"Blake, I am trying to do what's best for you right now sweetie," Blake's mom walked over to Blake and Gordon, taking their faces in each of her hands. "For both you and your father."

To say being shocked was an understatement. Blake's mind was blown to find out that the chief is actually her father. But it kind of made sense. It explains why the chief was so protective of her, raised her and scold her so much.

As Blake turned back to the vision, everything was gone. She was back to the empty void, where it all began. However, this time was different. All of a sudden, Blake got these flashes in her head of different events, some were happy, some were sad and some were in between. Then it finally stopped and Blake remembered everything.
