[50] Narrative 19

"Eomma, I'll be out now. I'll come home at night. Love you!" Chaeyoung shouted as she walk  out of their house.

"Aigoo~ that cub is going out often with Mina-ssi" Nayeon said and sigh in the end. Jeongyeon pats her head. "It's ok. It's just them. Let her" Nayeon only nods and smile at him. 

Meanwhile, Chaeyoung went off the bus and walk in the building where the JTrinity was living. 

She knocked first, in forming that she was already there. Waiting for the three to come out. Actually, it was only her and Mina to have a solo time. But Momo and Sana wanted to come wit them but of course, they don't want to be a third wheel so they will separate with the two love birds. 

The door swung open, revealing Momo. "Hi Chaeyoung~" She welcome her with a hug. Then Sana walk out too, while Mina was behind. She greeted Sana first before Mina. She smile and walks beside her.

"Let's go?" Chaeyoung asked them and they nodded with a cheer.

"We'll just go there" Sana and Momo informed Mina that they will separate ways. Mina nodded and the two walks to the food stools.

"Are you hungry?" Mina asked Chaeyoung. She shook her head and smile. "Why? Did you eat already?" Chaeyoung nodded.

"How about you? Hungry?" She asked back. Mina hummed and think first.

"I want some ramyun." Chaeyoung smile and nodded.

"I know the best Ramyun. Let's go?" Mina smile widely and nodded vigorously. 

Chaeyoung dram Mina at the ramhyun house that she usually go with her sisters when they need to save money. As soon they entered. The owner- who knows Chaeyoung greeted her. 

"Nice to see you again, Chaengie" Ajumma smiled at her and glance at the person wearing a mask  and cap. "Looks like you have another girl brought here, huh?" Ajumma said with a teasing tone that made Mina glared at her. Secretly. 

Chaeyoung cleared her throat to prevent herself from choking. She gulped secretly and smile nervously to Ajumma. 

"Hehe, It's not that. Can we order 2 servings of ramhyun?" She changed the topic and Ajumma nodded and went to the kitchen.

Chaeyoung held Mina's hand and drag her to the empty table and sat in front of her. 

As Chaeyoung sense the triggered pressure surrounds them. She gulped and break the ice by speaking first. "How's your sched? Busy?" She asked, nervously-no she wanted to die right now when she met Mina's death glared, digging a hole into her soul. 

She cough to distract the glaring penguin. 

"Good, how about you? Having fun bringing girls here?" 

She said in intimidating tone that made Chaeyoung's body felt hot. Hot seat, indeed.  It's cold but her body is streaming hot. 

She smile awkwardly. "I-It's not that." She averted her gaze and roam her eyes around to breathe too. Looks like Mina is choking her in her mind. Killing her slowly. 

"Then explain the 'it's not that' thing" She put stressed on the word she said earlier. 

Chaeyoung drink water first and started to speak. "T-they are my classmates. My groupmates to be exact in a project that we are currently finishing at the moment. I told you about that right?" She scratch her so-itchy-nape. 

"But I never informed that you will eat with them somewhere and unfortunately here" She retorted. 

Gosh, she has a jelly side. What will happen to us if we are officially? Something more worst? I guess so.

"Ok, fine. I'm sorry. It was so sudden that time and they complained that they are hungry and since it was not that far from our school, we went here. And I swear, that was the first time." She raise her left hand and when she realized she raise the wrong hand, she swiftly changed it with her right hand and smile.

It was her perspective, that when someone raise their left hand, they are lying. 

Mina sigh and uncross her legs and nodded. "Forgiven" She said and that time, their order came and they started to dig in.

While eating, Chaeyoung spoke up. "So-" She drop her utensils and look at Mina who's enjoying the noodles. Mina who heard her, lift her head and met her brown orbs. "When will you answer me?"

"I mean, I've been courting you about-" She hum, thinking. "-3 months?" Mina slurped the noddle first and drank water before answering her. "Why? Can't wait?" She rose her both eyebrows. 

Chaeyoung scratch her nape "Well-I'm just thinking.. curious I was."

"Just wait" She laughed on how the latter's impatient attacked her again.

She's been asking for-maybe once a week, the same question she asked. She still want to feel on how to be courted for a long and answer her. Which worth the wait. Don't get her wrong. She loves her, she is. She just want to settle things since she is just here at Korea temporarily and LDR is hard for the both of them. For sure.

"I will wait" Chaeyoung said and smile.

"You know what Mina?-" She look at her while they are walking in the park again. Mina look at her too. "After I graduated, I promise to find a job immediately-No, actually I'm finding a job right now" Mina left out an 'oh' sound.

"Since I've been writing songs, since when I was an high schooler. I past some of my songs to me to have a job. A song producer. That's my dream. Or even song writer is ok." She smile proudly. 

"That's my Chaengie" She link her arms to her's.

"I don't want to have a blue-collar job. I want my job to be align on what I've learn in college. And since you came in my life, I wanted more. I want to show you that this college girl, soon to be graduated in few more months, don't have a title" 

Mina really proud on what the latter's ambition. Her heart flutter when she heard those words from her. She lean to her face and kiss her cheek. She was happy.

"Do those things, not just because of me. But because you want it and you're passionate about it. What if I didn't came in your life? What is your ambition now?" She smile and continue. "What I'm trying to say is, do the things you wanted to do because you want it for yourself, not for other people."

"Don't get me wrong, I'm happy knowing that I'm the reason why you're pursuing your dream. But do the things for yourself too. Arasseo?" Chaeyoung nodded. 

"I love you" She said and snuggle her face on her neck, near her ears. Chaeyoung smile and lean her face to Mina's temple and kiss it.

 "I love you too"

"What's up love bir-" Momo cut her line off 

"Omo~ What a sweet scene. hugging under the tree and in autumn weather." Sana said and look at Momo.

"I love you Momo. Let's do the same things. A single should be stick in single too. So single+ single= single. Like 0+0=0" Sana drag her and sat beside the sleeping couple under the tree.
