Well I'm here. Today is the day. I don't think I got any sleep last night even though that's all I've been wanting to do latley. I've been thinking of what I will say to her and they way I'm going to say it but I think that what I'm going to do will say everything for me.
For lunch Skyla and I went to this cute little place that kind of reminded me of the place where we met... except my glasses aren't on the floor. Oh, come on that joke never gets old. AnywayI have absolutley everything figured out. After hanging out for a little longer we are going to head back to the place we are staying at and getting changed into something a little more "fancy". Then on our way to the special dinner that I somehow pulled off setting up we will stop in this kind of town sqaure type thing. I will sit her on a bench. She will ask whats going on then I'm going to pull out a guitar and sing her this amazing song. And yes it may seem cheesey but it's what she told me she always dreamed of as a little girl. Having eveyone around stop and admire the love her boyfriend had for her as he sang his heart out for her. I picked out the the song Autumn Leaves by Ed Sheeran. It just has this vibe that instantly makes me think of her. I still don't know when i'm going to tell her my big secret. It's not like I want to keep it from her I just don't want her to leave or think that I betrayed her and that I'm a liar. And if you knew Skylar too you would know just how dramatic she is and how well she can hold a grudge.
Before we got ready I told Skylar what type of outfit she should wear. I put on my dress pants, shoes, button-up shirt, blazer, and my favorite bow tie. I even wiped off my glasses. Just as I was slipping the ring box into my pocket Skylar came out in this absolutley beautiful mint green dress that had beading all over the top and this simple skirt. She also had on jewelery and white heels to match the beading on her dress. As soon as I saw her I couldn't help but smile and stare, just looking her up and down taking in everything.
"What is there something wrong with what Im wearing because I have another dress I can wear." Skylar said looking worried.
"No... you look stunning, and I just couldn't beleive that you are all mine." I said never taking my eyes off of her. "Well lets get going! We wouldn't want to miss the sunset now would we."
When I got her to the square I sat Skylar down on this bench while I went to go and pick up the guitar that I had planned on borrowing. When I got back she was looking out at the sunset and didn't see me. This was just too perfect. I walked up beside her and started to play. Startled she turned he head quickly as I started to sing the lyrics to the song.

At this point a lot of the people were stopping and watching as I performed but I wasn't paying attention.

You could tell that Skylar was at a loss for words so I just spoke.
"Skylar" I said getting down on one knee" I love you more than any thing. You gave my life meaning. When I met you you changed me for the better. You made me more outgoing, and adventurouse." by now we had a crowd forming to watch" I know a lot of men say this but you make me the happiest man alive everytime I wake up and realise that I get to spend the day with you. So Skylar Marie Jackson.." I said pulling out the ring" will you marry me?"
You could see clearly that she was still shocked and couldn't speak. A smile started to slay across her face and she started nodding violently. "YES YES YES!!!" She screamed suddenly as I slipped the ring onto her finger. The crowd went wild and started to cheer. I tried to stand up and started to feel woozy. " Are you okay Jayce?" I didn't respond. It felt like everything around me was spinning. "Jayce! Jayce please say something ." Then all I remembe is hitting the ground and blacking out.
