As soon as we got back to New York we hopped right into Skylar's car, that had been parked in the parking lot for a while now. The plane ride was really long, and during most of the ride Skylar slept. I couldn't get to sleep so I decided to write Skylar a letter for when I die.
Dear Skylar,
I know what you're thinking. 'When and why did you write this?' am I right? Just don't worry about it and keeping reading. This letter is meant for you and only you. To keep safe and treasure after I'm gone. You said that when I am gone that all you would have left is pictures and memories... well now you have this.
Anyway I wrote this to tell you how much you changed my life. You made me the person I have always wanted to be. The type of person who can say that they've been places, they've done things without caring, tried foods that you only see on TV, seen sights that you could only see in pictures, met the love of their life and married them, and she is just as beautiful as the girls on the red carpets. You opened me up to a world of things. You made me see that It's alright to be yourself, and be daring and ask the girls who knock the glasses strait off of your face -still holding that against you- if they would like to sit with you because that may be that one person you have been searching for forever.
I still don't know how I have put so much trust into you. It's always felt like I have known you from somewhere, yet I had never seen you before in my entire life. Anyway I just hope that you keep this to read whenever you are feeling sad or something bad happens because I never did like seeing you cry.
Love,
The Mr. to your Mrs., Jayce Anderson
I guess I'll give it to her when well you know whats going to happen. Right now we are on our way to Vegas. It's the middle of the night and Skylar insist on driving because I need to get my rest. Even though she knows that I would never let her drive without me being awake right beside her. It's funny though because every time an hour goes by she yells 'GO TO SLEEP.'. I thinks she knows that I'm not giving up though. We just arrived in Vegas. We drove around a bit trying to find one of those places where Elvis can marry you. Skylar wanted one that was close to a hotel. When she found one I checked us into the hotel, and afterwards she said that she wanted to go dress shopping. She dragged me into this little shop. It was more of a prom dress shop. She tried on dress after dress. Even when I thought she looked beautiful in it she still said no. Until she put this one green dress on. It was short with a train in the back, emerald green, and covered in jewels. The train was kind of like a peacock tail that faded into darker green jewels. Of course she picked that one. Then I went to get my tux. I picked a traditional black and white one with a cool green bow tie that was totally rocked out with studs and spikes. Skylar thought it was the coolest thing so I got it. Now to just wait until tomorrow

Every minute that goes by I just feel worse and worse. But all of that is just thrown out of the window when I think about marrying Skylar in a few hours. In the mean time we are just eating pizza in our jammies and rocking out to some oddest music I have ever heard.
As it is getting closer to the time we have scheduled to go I can see Skylar getting more and more excited. At this point we are both slowly getting ready in order to pass the time. I ended up getting done way before Skylar being that... well I'm not a girl sooo. Anyway, when i realized it was near time to leave I called her name to see if she was ready. When she walked out of that bathroom I swear my heart nearly stopped then and there. She looked like a vision of red-headed beauty, but you could still tell that she was looking for some type of sign that I liked it.
"You look..." for the first time ever I couldn't find the words to describe how I felt about this," you look...wow."
"Awwwe! Are you speechless Mr. Jackson." Skylar said coming up to me and straitening my bow tie.
"Yes, It's just... you look... I- I can't handle this!" I said laughing at how bad at the english language I was all of a sudden.
"Well while you are forming you words lets go get married."
Long story short the wedding went amazing! Our Elvis was wear an outfit... that only Elvis could pull off. The ceremony was kind of short due to the fact that both of us didn't write our own vows. I guess the excitement and business kind of made that impossible. We also went to karaoke afterwards because neither of us had ever done it. Now both of us are walking back to the hotel- still in our formal wear- thinking 'What the hell do we do next?'. We have done everything a couple can do... except for one thing. I never planned on doing this, but I guess I do owe them a last visit.
"Skylar in the morning we're leaving. I have some people I want you to meet that I haven't seen in a while." I said looking at her then strait ahead again, wanting to avoid talking about them.
"And who are these mystery people? Remember we just got married so no secrets!"
She did have a point "Fine... I want to visit my parents. I want to show them what I've done with myself and break the news to them. They might not care but at least they will know."
"You know what I think is a better idea." Skylar said with that little glimmer in her eye that means she has just struck gold.
"Lay it on me."
"We should go right now. Where do they live again?"
"Wait wait wait why would we go right now? Explain how this is better." I said with a very confused expression.
"If we go right now then when we get there we will be all dolled up and looking good... You are still not following me are you. Okay if we go like this then they can see you at your best when they hear about all the amazing things you have done. "
"Alright then," I said as we walked into the hotel " LAST ONE PACKED IS A ROTTEN EGG!" I yelled as I ran up the stairs to the third floor.
"You're on!!!" Skylar yelled from the elevator.
