Kidnapped

Chapter 8

"So you don't know where they are?" Butch asked me, we were back at my motel and I was getting all my weapons together.

"No but we will soon." I spoke, my confidence radiating.

They looked at me confused, "How?" Boomer asked.

I laughed lightly, "This isn't my first time on the job, I placed a tracker on Toby before I left back to headquarters. All I have to do now is log in to my data base on my laptop and we should know where they are."

"Then why did you need us? You seem to have this all down on you own." Buttercup asked.

"I don't have back up, I can't go in there alone, that'd be a death wish." I explained, going to my laptop.

"You never really told us why you don't have back up." Buttercup asked eye brows raised.

"That's not really important..." I hesitated.

"I kinda wanna know before we dive into this death wish." She pressed.

"This my case, I wasn't going to give up on it so easily so I left, is that enough information for you?"

She finally went silent as I tracked down where they were so far, I'm guessing they took a plane so they should already be here. "You guys have an abandon airport?! What kinda town is this?"

"It caught on fire and the mayor never got it fixed..." Boomer explained.

I sighed, "Well it's where they are at, choose a weapon and we can head down there but 1 person might need another ride, theirs 5 seats and 6 of us."

"Why can't we all fly?" Bubbles asked softly.

"I can't..." I said and walked out with all my supplies not giving them time to ask why.

I loaded everything up as they came outside, "We'll squeeze." was the only thing buttercup said as they climbed in. I got in the front, hooking up my communicator to the GPS for the address.

"What happened to your radio?" Butch asked.

"Mr. Ario got rid of it, he says musics a distraction..." I said as I sped through downtown.

They stayed silent, brick sitting next to me, something about him just made me nervous, like I can't mess up. I parked a while away and we unloaded, snuck through the back.

We split up, the greens, then the blues and lastly brick and I. We made it to the east wing, hearing voices, "This girls been tailing our butt since my father started in New York! She's 19! FIND HER!"

"Crap, they know we're here." I muttered turning to look at brick.

"They got bubbles, boomer and buttercup but I don't know where Butch went."

I nodded my head, "Okay do you know where they have them?"

"Their bringing them up here." He said as a reload of a gun went off behind me.

"Look we finally caught the little agent and her boyfriend." Maurice icy voice rang into my ears.

"Maurice!" I growled spinning around.

"In the flesh, princess, now move it!" I really am slacking up...
