Josee!!

Morning routine

   First day of school:
Josee's POV-

  "AGH" I yell as i spring up in my bed in the morning. A sharp alarm is piercing my eardrums. I look at the face of the clock and see it shows 6:20 am. I'm not exactly used to getting up at this time. It was usually whenever I felt like it back at my old house. But whatever..i feel excited for this new day.
I hop up out of bed in my pajamas, which have cats and paw prints on them. They were a Christmas present last year. I slowly walk over to the closet trying to balance a bit. My legs haven't fully warmed up.
  My closet has only a few choices for outfits, but just enough to last me for today. I take a sweater with a turtle neck with black and white stripes out. And then I take out a pair of blue acid-washed jeans. I slide off my cat pajamas and put the other clothes on. The acid washed jeans are a bit tight.
  I don't have the skinny type of body. Its more of a compact and thicker body. Im not overweight at all though. Even though I always feel that way.
I'm 5'2" with dark hair cut into a bob . With bangs. I am pale and I am Chinese.
I go to the bathroom and brush my hair, brush my teeth, and look in the mirror and criticize myself. Just the normal routine.
I walk out into the kitchen and take out a box of Cheerios. I make a bowl of them and sit down at the table and turn the Cheerios box around. They usually have games on the back.
I take a bite of them and realize they're kindof stale. Eh, whatever. I don't have much time for this.
I finish up the cereal and grab my backpack. I check to see if it has everything in it. Binder, pencil pouch, books...yep, it has everything.
I check the time and it says 7:04. DAMN IT, THE BUS GETS HERE AT 7:08.
I open up the door and step out then close it. I start sprinting down the halls to the elevator.
I click the button to go down and impatiently wait while pacing back in forth for the elevator. It arrives finally.
I step in and see a guy. Tall and lean. He's so cute.
He looks at me and glances up in down. Examining me. I blush and turn away. We reach the first floor and I sprint out. I sprint down to the bus stop and wait. Its 7:07. The guy I saw in the elevator has a backpack. Maybe he is a college student.
Its just me waiting at the bus stop. So i turn to see if anyone else is going to come. I see the mystery guy walking towards my direction. I shift my posture uncomfortably. He eventually gets to the bus stop and waits. Does he go to my highschool? I think. The bus is slowly approaching. Its brakes screech to a halt. The doors open and I step on. The lady bus driver asks, "Where are you going?" In a polite manner. She seems nice. I tell her "Oh, uhm.."
The mystery guy starts talking behind me, "Summerfield Highschool." He has a deep but still light voice, with an Asian accent. Its beautiful. I then say "Yah, that."
And she writes it down and I step towards the back of the bus. I sit around the middle in an open seat and take out my book. I watch the mystery guy walk down the isle and stop next to my seat. He sits down next to me.
  He pulls out ear buds and plugs them into his phone.
I look down at my book and feel my face getting red. I know he is looking at me.
The whole bus ride is uncomfortable. Once we get to our stop at the school i am so excited to get of the bus.
We step off and I see a huge school. It looks so high quality. While im standing and admiring the school, a girl walks up to me. "Hello! My name is Lizzy and I'm a freshman. I'd like to get to know you. Whats your name?"
I answer with "Oh, my name is Josee. I'm a freshman too." That response was dry.
She then smiles and asks "Want to go get our schedules? We may have some classes together."
"Oh sure." I answer, kindof in a shock.
She is blond with wavy hair and is wearing some very exposing clothes.
She grabs my arm and leads me into the building.
I quickly glance back and see the mystery guy walking away.

I look back and in the building there is a desk with a line of students and the sign saying "Freshman schedules!" And I walk over there.
I wait for the line to die down and then ask the girl behind the table where is my schedule. She asks for my first and last name and I say Josee Chen.
She searches along the desk and finds a green paper with the name josee Chen on it.
I grab it and turn around and realize that the Lizzy girl is right behind me.
She takes the schedule out of my hands and reads it before i can. "Oh!! EEEEE!! We have Geometry and biology together!" She hands the paper back.
First period: ELA with K. Allen
Second period: Geometry with S. Thomas
Third period: Cadet band with R. Smith
Fourth period: Biology with L. Matthews
Fifth period: Gym with T. Moore
Sixth period: Art with M. Kelly
Seventh period: French with J. Victoria
That seems like a pretty good schedule. The bell rings and I realize its time for 1st period. Next to the teacher it says Room: 322
I see a staircase and start walking up it. I start running because I felt like I was taking forever. And all of a sudden, I trip.
A guy was walking up the stairs with his friends and saw me fall. He started laughing hysterically while I sit there slowly getting up. He then yells, "LOOK AT THIS LOSER. SHE JUST FELL ON THE STAIRS HAHAH!" And he points. I look back at them and keep walking. While quickly glancing I notice the mystery guy talking to them. I walk the rest of the way up the stairs being careful.
I find the class and walk in. On the wall sits a seating arrangement for first period. I find that my seat is near the back of the room next to the window.
The person in front of me doesn't seem like they'll be a bother.
The person next to me hasn't arrived yet.
The bell rings and the teacher is writing on the board.
I look at the doorway and realize..
Mystery guy just walked in.
He makes his way to the seat next to me.
Aw dang it.
The teacher turns around and starts doing attendance. After a few names I hear "Josee Chen?"
And I raise my hand and say "Here!"
I take out a book and read. Then I hear "Tristan Lee?"
And the mystery guy raises his hand and says "Here." wow.
