She waited for a minute after ringing the doorbell..she was about to reach out to ring it again but before she could, someone opened the door.

He was there, right in front of her, the man she loved, the man she needed, the man she craved for, the man who left her.

After a few awkward seconds..she came forward and hugged him..she was holding onto him like her life depended on it. He reeked of alcohol. He hugged her back. And she felt like she was in heaven.
He pulled away after a while.

"Come in.", he said.
She walked inside and he closed the door behind her.
"I missed you so much Jae", she said while sitting on a couch. She felt a lump in her throat. What she felt after seeing him was indescribable.
But he didn't seem to be as excited as her.
"Yeah I missed you too.", he slurred as he sat next to her.

"Why did you leave me?"

"I'm sorry..I guess." carelessness was evident in his tone.

"Don't do that again please." She said quietly as a tear made its way down her face.

He came closer and wiped her tear...

"...I won't."

She smiled weakly at him.

"So you were still living with that doll face..what was his name?" He knew very well what his name was. He had his eyes on Jun Seo's money ever since he got to know about him..he knew what happened to Yeona after he left her. It was hard for him to let go of that golden bird. But at that time she was just being a headache.

"Can we please not talk about him?"

There was a really good plan in his head. He could see how much Yeona despised Jun Seo. He could easily use her to get his hands on a fair share of Jun Seo's and her own money.

"As you wish babe."

She felt something weird in the pit of her stomach. His words sounded empty and his gestures seemed forced, and this thought was enough for her to doubt everything she had done. She pushed the thought aside as soon as it came and leaned her head on his shoulder while her hand rested on his chest. Maybe it's because he's drunk, she thought.

She wanted to marry him as soon as possible...she wasn't going to take any risks this time.

But he had other plans..
