"My next patient is Marco Bodt. Familiar with him?" The young doctor asked.

"Very. We had a nurse named Nifa, she fell victim to the patient. She was kind-hearted young girl, to naïve to handle someone like him. Watch out for him, he's not what it seems to be. You can never be too careful in this ward, just warning you." Nanaba replied.

"Oh that little shit. He tried to play his little mind tricks with me, I'm too smart for a freckled brat like him!" Gelgar exclaimed.

"Well thank you two for caring about me. I'll make sure to be careful around him...I guess." (Y/N) said before sliding her key-card in the machine.

, pHearing the buzzing noise, she walked into the room too be greeted with a freckled boy reading a book in a cheap plastic chair. The walls used to be a nice sky blue, but now look like a flaky dream. A dream that will soon break and then the real world would intrude. The boy looked up in surprised to see his new doctor that had been assigned to him. His eyes flickered with curiosity and malice. A new victim in his endless web of heartbreak.

"Good evening, my name is (Y/N) (L/N). I will be your new doctor and we will have assigned sessions with each other for the time being. Your Marco Bodt I presume?"

"Yes my name is Marco, it's nice to meet you Dr. (L/N)!" He smiled.

"You don't have to call me Doctor, I feel like a old person who uses their medical licenses for superiority! You can call me whatever pleases though, as I hope it lets me understand you more. I WOULD like to get to know you more as I am your new doctor!" She smiled while showing her pearly whites.

"Well I could start if that makes you feel better, Doctor." He said as he gave off a friendly smile, although it turned into a dark smirk.

"Whatever makes you feel better Marco!"

"I would like to her about you first, I want to know what makes you tick." Marco said as he cocking his head to the side, showing a look of confusion while smirking.

"Um well, I am a doctor here as you can see! My parents live overseas while I have my pet fish keep me company. I like reading and well I like sitting down to have a cup of tea." She informed.

"Are you single?"

(Y/N) confused of where the question came from, but soon jumped back to her senses.

"Haven't been in a relationship since my sophomore year, and only that year!" She said rubbing the back of her neck.

"That changes some things (Y/N)." He said wryly smiling at the doctor.

"What do you mean by that?"

"Nothing, now about myself hehe."

"I'm here because of the girl I loved. I gave her everything, she gave me nothing but lies. I cherished her like she was my God and everything, she never did. I gave her gifts, gave her my heart, my soul, she gave me back everything, but broken. She cheated on me for a low life that didn't deserve her. She was his 'ex', she told me. She told me she wanted nothing to do with him anymore, but she had a affair. It wasn't fair, I loved her!" Marco explained while tears threatened to leak from his seething angry eyes.

"H-Hey Marco...Marco honey! Stop you don't have to tell me everything right now. It takes time okay?" She said as she got up to rub the back of the almost crying boy.

"I-I'm fine doctor, I just need a moment..."

"Take as much time as you need."

After a few minutes of silence, Marco told (Y/N) he was fine and ready to talk again.

"May I ask you one more questions?" Marco responded with a nod.

"The nurse. Why did you kill the nurse?" She asked.

Oh her...she was a bitch. I'm so glad she is dead, nagging me about every, single, thing in my disgusting life." Marco said as smiled, staring the Doctor in the eyes.

"But it doesn't mean to kill her Marco."

"Well you got me there Ms. (L/N)!" He said as his friendly smile turned into a devilish smirk.

"She was kind and pretty, but that's not why I killed her..."

"Then why?"

"She was in a relationship. A happy, loving, romantic relationship. She would rant about how her and her boyfriend would always do things together. Dates, events, such and such. It wasn't fair. She had everything I didn't, she had a healthy relationship. I envied her, I didn't do it because what everyone thinks I am, a sadistic freak. I think she would tell me about her relationship because she knew I'm here because of what happened to mine. So I decided to drive her mad, give her a taste of her own medicine."

"You won't do that to me right?"

"So curious and cute. Maybe you and me might hit it off, you'll never know right? I want to know more about your pet fish. I like fish, their cute." He said smiling and looking into deep space.

"Why?" She curiously asked.

"Because I want to know how many times you can bash your head into the wall like your fish with the tank."

"What makes you say such a thing?" (Y/N) said playing off the threat as it was nothing, but deep down she was afraid of what the boy could make her do.

"I'm just kidding Doctor! You should've seen the face you made as I said that. I was right, you are cute and funny."

"Yes that was very funny Marco, you got me there. Although, you shouldn't say things like that Marco, if you ever want to establish a relationship, that's not a way to attract someone."

"Hmm I guess your right."

"That's all today as it's getting towards the end of my shift and visiting hours. Nice to meet you Marco, see you again Thursday." She smiled.

"Don't leave. I don't want to be alone, I hate the loneliness. No one visits me, the only social interaction is at lunch time with other patients on this side of the ward. Please stay doctor, we can get to know about each other more and maybe even love each other. You wouldn't hurt me, I know that, that's why I want to try again with you." Marco asked.

"I guess a few more minutes won't hurt, lunch time is around the corner." She said as she rolled up her sleeve to look at her watch.

"Yay!" Marco cheered.

"Don't you ever just look at yourself and think that your not worth enough to be in this world?"

"Why would you say that Marco?"

"I look in the mirror and see a deranged man in it, a deranged psychotic, ugly man. I don't know why I think like this, my world crumbled down on me so much. I feel like I'm not worthy of being around other people, I try. Everyone thinks of me as a caring friend who always listens to their problems. I have feelings too, but no one listens to them. That's why I'm so glad you came here Doctor, we can be good...friends." Marco explained.

"I'm glad you can see me as a friend Marco, I hope we can continue like this for the time being."

"Me too."

After (Y/N) smiled at Marco, the cell door opened revealing Nanaba and Gelgar. They ordered Marco to get up as it was now lunch time. Marco walked passed (Y/N), after Gelgar put the restraints on him so he wouldn't try to run away, he smiled.

"Well I'll see you again sometime soon...I guess." He shyly remarked.

It was now lunch time, she was determined to find a new co-worker friend, so she could hang out with them and not cling onto her boss. She was sure her boss was annoyed with how much she was around him and asked him questions. So she continued her way down the hall to her office to grab her lunch. Once she set down the folders, she grabbed her purple lunch bag and started walking to the staff area.
