*That Night*
"Dressing up like royalty has been a lot more fun than I though it would be," I smile, washing the make-up off my face. "Though, I could have sworn it was a solo mission, and it lacked solo."
"If a girl loves princesses, then she loves when they find their true love, and I wanted her to see that. Plus, I heard you talking about me," Eggsy says.
"How?" I turn around to stare down Eggsy sitting in our bed. "I wasn't wearing any mics or anything."
"Not any you knowingly put on," he grins. "The tiara has that and a camera in it."
"Are you serious?" I toss the damp wash cloth into the pile of dirty towels. "Are they turned off now?"
"Yes, it was for your first mission, and I asked Merlin to turn them on because I was curious."
"How come you came in your military uniform?" I walk over to the bed, slowly climbing in and snuggling up to Eggsy. "It's one of the only times I've seen you in it, and you always look stunning."
"I was getting it worked on, and then when I heard you say I wasn't a prince, I thought it was the perfect outfit."
"Well, it all worked out in the end, and Katie was happy. She's so precious, and I hope that she fights hard to beat that damn cancer."
"Fucking cancer is from the devil," Eggsy puts an arm around my shoulder. "She, or any kid for that matter, should never have to go through that pain. Certain adults have it coming, though."
I shake my head, "Let me guess, Dean is on the list of adults that have it coming?"
"My beat down on him and his gang might have been enough," he chuckles.
I look down to see PB and JB curled up at the end of the bed. "It's been nice to have your mother and Daisy over a lot."
"My mum is better now that she's on all those meds. She doesn't worry about losing me, like my father."
"She's been on those prescriptions for a while now, right?"
"Since she moved out."
"Daisy really wants me to be her big sister," I smile, dragging my index finger over Eggsy's bare chest. "She just gets so excited when I tell her that when we get married, that it'll be a reality."
"Not for a while, so she can just keep imagining," Eggsy kisses my temple. "We don't have time to get married."
"I know, it's just so cute that she loves me, and wants me to be with you."
"She knows how much I love you."
"And because you love me so much, you'll be okay with me hanging out with Rosy tomorrow," I look up at Eggsy, pushing my bottom lip out in a slight pout.
Eggsy looks down at me, a tender smile on his face. "You two going out for lunch or something? You hate shopping, so I know you won't do that."
"Lunch, and a tiny bit of shopping."
"That sounds like fun," he presses a kiss to my lips. "For you, anyways, when you are shopping for yourself."
"I have to get more books, so that's why I agreed to shop."
"You're so cute," he chuckles.
