Fall Out Boy will be having their debut performance outside the Empire State building tonight, together with the celebration of Fourth of July.

I walked with the boys towards the side of the stage. I glanced on my side and saw different faces of people, anticipating and screaming for Fall Out Boy to come upstage and perform. I smiled as I felt the warmth of pride for Andy, Pete, Joe, and Patrick spread all over my body.

The boys were circled around, quickly discussing the setlist and some gimmick during their performance. I just looked around the venue. A few people who recognized me in the front row waved at me and I politely waved back.

Soon, the boys broke off and Pete turned around to face me, wearing a big cheesy smile that I've grown to love.

He pressed a lingering kiss on my forehead, which sparked up something in my chest; something that felt good and painful at the same time.

"I'm excited for you guys." I spoke to Pete.

"Yeah me too." He laughed, his eyes crinkling. I was in awe at the sight of Pete. I made the mistake of glancing past his shoulder, because I caught Patrick who seemed to have been watching us for quite a while now revert his eyes away from us and bit his lip.

Right, he's the one that I'm hurting about.

I returned my gaze back to Pete's bright and shining hazel eyes. I leaned in to kiss him on the lips, eyes closed, shutting the world out for a moment.

I felt Pete smile against my lips and continued our slow, sensual kiss, which drove a few of the fans wild and screaming as they saw what was going on.

I held onto Pete's arm and he snaked his arms around my waist, pulling me close.

"15 more minutes, boys!" The director announced.

We broke off from the kiss.

Pete's eyes are now dark and glazed. "C-can we have a moment in the hotel room?" He shyly asked.

I chuckled and bit my lip. "As much as I want to, you need your knees steady for the show." I gave him a quick kiss on the cheek. "Later, big boy." I said and walked away to join Joe and Andy.

I saw Patrick was sitting on the second level of the stairs leading up the stage. I wish he cared enough.

"Hey, beautiful." Joe greeted, smiling mischievous at me. "You and Pete are really a thing now, huh?"

"I suppose." I responded, smiling.

"You're really glowing tonight, Y/N." Andy complimented.

"Not as bright as your fans' smiles. They're really excited for you guys." I said, trying to change the subject. I know Patrick can hear us from an earshot.

"There you go again with your supportive mother goose." Joe said.

I laughed.

"Wait, is Patrick crying?" Andy pointed out, frowning curiously.

I whipped my head around and saw Patrick shoulders were hunched. I studied him for a moment and saw a couple of teardrops hit the stair.

Pete was the first one to quickly approach his best friend.

"You know, Patrick's been really madly in love with you." Andy muttered, his eyes still on Patrick.

"I've heard, yeah."

"Man, that's rough." Joe said. "Gotta go check on him." He said and walked off towards Patrick.

I sighed as I felt my chest getting heavy. "Andy, what if I'm just distracting myself with Pete? And in the process I'm already losing Patrick?"
