-------------------------------------------------In your point of view everyone one around including yourself is a sponge. You thought it was weird and you found it funny when someone else admitted to it. But once the water filled your own pores and weighed you down it was hard to function correctly. And everyday you would carry the wight as it kept adding and adding. But every sponge wears down. The user will notice. They'll throw the sponge out and get a new one. And in your case, someone will notice, you'll be ashamed and embarrassed and drown in that water until you, a worn out sponge can't work any longer. You a worn out sponge get thrown out. You'd kill yourself by drowning on your own thoughts. The people who noticed but didn't care to soak up a little bit of the thoughts of you being gone forever would forget that a brand y/n (y/n = your name) ever existed. And would move on finding the next sponge to use.
The water that you drowned in still clinging to the worn foam begging to burn your lungs once more. You'd say yes but now your mind, your brain, the one who added soap to water is now nothing but bubbles that have floated off
