Chapter 3

(Jazz's POV)

I just asked Pony if I could date Darry, but I don't think he likes me. Heather looks up to me and I picked her up and started swinging her around and she was laughing. Then we started choosing teams for football and Steve said, "Why don't we have Johnny, Two-Bits, Pony, Heather, and Jaz on a team against Dally, Soda, Darry, and me." Two-Bits said, "That's not fair." I grabbed him and put him in the huddle and said, "Don't worry Two-Bits. Heather and I were in football in high school." Two-Bits smirked with an evil smirked and said, "Let's play." So, Darry team got the ball first and Darry was running to the touchdown area and I tackled him down and my team won at the end. Steve said, "How did you do that?" I smirked, "Heather and I were in football in high school." 

I looked at my watch, "Aw shit. Sorry guys. I got to go. Work starts in an hour." I ran and got dressed and ran to the DX. The manager said, "Right on time, Jasmine. You are working with the cars today and then Soda and Steve will Work up front and Steve will help you if it gets really busy." I nodded, and I started working on the cars. We close about 8 pm that night because it wasn't too busy, and the manager came back and said, "You got the job Jasmine. Congrats." We started walking back to the Curtis's place. I decided I was going to ask out Darry.

(Darry's POV)

It's just after dark and Jazz came through the door with Steve and Soda and she was covered in grease. She looked hot, wait what. What am I saying, I shouldn't think that? She took off her shirt and she was wearing a muscle shirt. She looked good in it. Wait, I must ask Pony first before I go and start things like this with Jazz. She got the grease off her hands and she came and sat by me and looked down and then she looked at me and said, "Darry, I know I live in 2011 but can you date me. I really like you and Pony already agreed and he said he was happy about it." I was smiling like an idiot and then I leaned in and started kissing her full on the lips. I whispered, "Of course, I will Jazz." She smirked and attacked me, and I was making out with her. She feels so good. Then I heard, "Finally you guys got together. I thought I would have to force you together." I pulled away and saw Pony and Heather smirking. I sat up and Pony crawled into my lap and hugged me, "No matter who you date, I will always love you and I don't care who you date as long as they aren't Socs." I kissed his forehead and he ran away laughing and the rest of the gang walked in. Two-Bits said, "So what's for supper?" I looked at the clock and it was 7 pm already. Jaz jumped up and said, "I'll cook." 

Then she walked in the kitchen with Heather and 5 minutes later I heard a squeal. I ran in the kitchen and saw it was Heather happy and nobody hurt. Thank god. We had blue rice, green chicken, peas, and pink carrots and let me tell you it was good. So, I looked up and saw Steve looking at Heather. I wonder when they are going to do something about the way they look at each other.
