Greetings, future stars. This is one of your CEO's, Hwang Jiwoo. As of this week and the next, Minjoo and I will begin working with our staff to begin to kick off our first upcoming group. Please PM us request, if you would like to be in a girl/boy group, or a co-ed. All choices are welcome and we will not think less of you based on what you choose. This applies only for those training for groups of course.
However, if you are a soloist-in-training, you may also begin to suggest your concepts, lyric requests, instrumental requests, and so on.
A quick reminder that I am in no way saying that all trainees will be debuting the same day of our upcoming group. Minjoo, your trainers and I along with other staff members will be personally scouting trainees we think are ready to debut. You also play an important role in our choices, as you can choose to slack off, or show you're ready. Keep in mind that you all have potential. That's why you made it this far.
If you are aiming for leader of a group, we will be paying extra attention to you. Remember being an idol is a tough job, and we do not plan to sugar coat things. This is part of your emotional training that will help you deal with guaranteed criticism from the public eye.
