Why does this happen to me? It's three am, and instead of sleeping, I'm awake thinking of someone I haven't seen since middle school.

As crazy as it is, I miss him. I sill remember how I'd ask to draw him. Most of the time he'd reject me. Other times, he'd be sitting still with a pissed off facial expression as I sketched him out. My pictures probably looked like shit back then, but he'd complement them anyways.

Flashback to fourth grade

"Bakugou," I said tapping his shoulder.

"Todoroki? What now." He said rolling his eyes.

"Would you let me draw you? A-again..." I asked shyly.

"Quite acting all shy, idiot. You ask me that everyday." He said scrunching up his nose a little. I felt my cheeks heat up in embarrassment.
He must've noticed because he cuffed my cheek in his hand and laughed a little. "You're heating up. Are you ok?" He asked. "Y-yeah." I shakily responded.

"...fine." He mumbled.

"Fine what?" I asked.

"You can draw me, damn geek." My face lit up in joy. "Thank you!" He just rolled his eyes. "Come over here." I grabbed his wrist and pulled him to the classroom window. "The light reflects off your face very well." I said while sitting on top of a desk as he stood by the window.

"Come on, smile." I said laughing at his ticked off look.

"No." He said bluntly. Slumping my mood a bit. "Please~?" I said in a whiny voice. I guess he thought it was funny... or cute... because a small smile grew on his face. Nothing big, but for Bakugou... this is rare. "Hold that!" I say to him then immediately start sketching.

"Ok, I'm done!" I'm not confident in my art... at all... so I'm not sure if I want Bakugou seeing this...

"Well, let me see." He said in a rather firm voice.

"N-no. It's no good." I said lowering my head and tugging the sketch pad into my chest.

"Of course it is. You drew it didn't you?" I-is that a complement? Bakugou doesn't give those easily... or at all, really.

"C'mon all ready!" He said irritated.

"F-fine, but it's really bad." I nervously handed him the sketch. I looked at the ground avoiding eye contact and hugged myself.

"Stop doubting yourself. This is really good." He said handing me the sketch book back.

"T-thanks but... you don't need to lie to make me feel better." I still avoided eye contact. My face was probably as red as a strawberry.

"I would never lie to you, moron!" He shouted. Then wrapped me into a hug.

"T-thanks Bakugou."

"Whatever."
