Just a filler because I felt like updating.... still no major plot yet, sorry! Also Bad_News... guys, it's amazing, I was up until 1:30am waiting for the radio to play it, and then they did and it's amazing and Dan's voice on the phone and ugh feels.... anyway, enjoy, fluffy cute, nothing major. I'm also going to start recommending songs on both my fics each chapter... so yeah, enjoy. ~S x
*Third Person*
Dan pulled Abby into a hug.
"Dan, that was so unnecessary!" Abby squealed as she pulled away from the hug and gestured for Dan to help her. Dan had just bought her a necklace, one that she had had her eye on for a while. It was silver with a simple blue jewel drop charm.
"Yeah, well, I love you. And it's our 1 year anniversary. Don't lose it, it was bloody expensive!"
Abby giggled at that and ruffled Dan's hair. He batted her away, fixing the quiff before picking her up and wrapping her legs around his waist. He pulled her into a kiss which she returned, running her hands through his hair. Just at that moment, Kyle, Will and Woody walked through the door in party hats. They pulled away from eachother as Kyle popped a party popper over their heads, crowning them in tissue paper.
"Come on guys, you're like half an hour early!" Dan said, gently putting Abby down. Abby turned and looked at the guys in surprise.
"Ta daaaa. A party for the anniversary. Surprise!" Woody said, putting a cake down in the kitchen. "And we are not early, we are dead on time, you just got carried away with your little snog fest." Abby blushed and hid in Dan's chest.
"You always walk in on us. And you can't really blame me. I've been in LA for work and you guys have been on tour, I really missed him. And you guys, too." Abby replied. Dan smiled and snuck a kiss onto Abby's cheek before going into the kitchen and opening a bottle of wine. He watched as Abby and Kyle laughed with eachother, play fighting on the couch and mocking eachother. As he was bringing glasses out for the little company, Abby brought out a wrapped package to Dan. It was big and flat, almost poster like.
"If it's another bloody poster of my face, Abigail..." he said as he opened the package. Abby had a joke where she would buy posters with Dan on them and stick them on his bedroom walls. Abby chuckled nervously. Dan smiled and pulled the present out of the paper. It was a skech of the little cafe down the road. At first Dan didn't understand, but then he saw her signature and the date.
"It's the drawing that I did the day I met you. I finished it off in your car and in your flat. I hope you like it?" He pulled her into a hug and kissed her. All the guys groaned but for once they didn't care. Out of her back pocket, Abby whipped out her final gift to Dan and slid them into his back pocket. Woody and Will noticed the gift and smiled, but Kyle only saw butt-touching.
"Abby, get a room! He's our mate, don't touch is butt in front of us!" Will nudged Kyle and pointed at his pocket. Kyle just looked confused. Dan reached into his pocket and pulled out 5 tickets to Italy. She had planned it with Will so they could relax abroad without doing a gig every night.
"Abby, you are amazing and I love you."
