2016/08/11The morning sun was finally rising . But Seokie was already risen. On a rampage for food. She looked around the cabinets but nothing could be found. "AAAAAHHHH!!!!¡" she shouted in frustration. Everyone came out of their rooms. "Shut UUUUUUPPPPP¡¡¡" Jinhae shouted back.
"Enough with the shouting. I think it's about time we went to get some food. Question is, who's going?"
"AAAAAHHHH¡¡ Enough with the suspense. Just let us three go. We could even get some clothes for everyone if you wanted to." Seokie insisted. "I don't know, though. Should we? Guys?"
The other six pretended to hum with question. Until Seokie had enough, that is.
"I'm going." she went to the door and was about to open it when a slipper landed on her head. "OW¡" She glared at Jinhae.
"We'll go. Just be patient." she walked down the stairs and went to the basement, followed by Seokie and Hyorin. "I call the golf club." Seokie said. "You always wanted a golf club. You can have it." Hyorin shrugged. "Bring a few bags. So we could bring food, water and clothes." Jinhae said. She was like this overbearing, giant baby.
"So are you all set?" Haneul asked. The trio nodded. "If you want some Pocky, just text me. I'll be sure to not get you some." Seokie remarked.
"Why the fuck would we want a damn Pocky?" Sunghye raised a brow at the younger.
"It can be used to tone down your gay--" "Do you really want to eat, Seokie? Or you want to be eaten?" Jinhae taps her foot on the floor impatiently with Hyorin beside her. They were already standing by the main door, waiting for Seokie.
"Okay, calm down." Seokie shrugs before going to the door. She opened it a little, the hinges producing a little sound. The three pushed each other just so they can see the outside.
"What are we looking for?" Food Seokie thought. "Most preferably, the closest 7-11." Hyorin commented. "Then there should be one around the corner here. " Jinhae replied. Seokie was looking around for maybe a food shop that would have a Twinkie.
"Here we are. Let's make it quick." The trio rushed inside and carefully tread in case there were torn as fuck people. "Sandwiches look fine. Unopened." Jinhae said. "Grab them then." Hyorin commanded.
Crash
"My bad. There were no Twinkies, though." Seokie sulked. "Just grab some food. Help Hyorin." Seokie nodded and ran to another aisle. They grabbed all sorts of chips and a few granola bars.
"Where are we supposed to get clothes at a place like this?" Seokie questioned. "Let's go to your house. It's the closest from here. And I'm pretty sure we left some clothes there from our last sleepover." Jinhae said. "Then, let's go."
Whilst walking, Seokie would go to every food shop or convenience store they would see and freak out if she couldn't find a Twinkie. "Seoks, that's enough. We don't need Twinkies. How about some Pocky? We have some in the bag." Jinhae suggested.
"Sure."
The journey to the house was finally finished when they arrived at Seokie's house. They quickly took some travel bags or whatever bags they found in her house and filled them with clothes. Seokie quickly took some stuff from under her bed and loaded them into her bag.
"We're ready to go?" Jinhae asked the younger two. "Can I just get a water bottle? I think I have some in the cupboard, somewhere." Seokie walked towards where the mentioned cupboard was and got 2 bottles.
"Hae-ssi we're ready to go." "Okay then." Jinhae opens the door slowly, scanning the area before stepping out of the house, Hyorin and Seokie following.
"Come on before something shows up from the bushes."
"That's sounds fucking cliche." Jinhae glares at Hyorin as she spoke.
"Then let's go before something jumps on you from behind."
"Let's just go. My gut feels tight. I just really feel like something bad's going to happen." Seokie said. They walked with a slightly faster pace.
Seokie kept breathing irrationally, unable to keep up with the other two. Jinhae kept glancing at Seokie, knowing that if Seokie said something bad would happen, it would most likely happen to her.
And it did.
Seokie accidentally kicked a rocked while walking, the rock hitting a car ahead of them. Being the sensitive fuck a vehicle is, it's alarm went off.
"Gee, thanks for the company you gave us." Jinhae inhales sharply as she saw a walker limp out of the house beside them, followed by another and many more. Seokie froze on her spot.
"I-I didn't mean to - I didn't see. I'm sorry. I'm sorry." she started hyperventilating.
"Fucking run." Hyorin said. They bolted through the street, passing over bodies, beside cars and stepping on pebbles. Hyorin dashed ahead of the two, making Seokie panic even more. Even Jinhae was faster than her. She knew she wasn't too athletic and she knew it would be her who would be gone today.
behind them, the horde of the undead were catching up to their pace
Seokie turned, only to turn to look in front of her. She doesn't want to die. She can't die. Not now.
But luck wasn't on her side.
She tripped on a severed arm. Banging the back of her head hard on the concrete floor as she twisted to lessen the strength of the impact. Her vision was getting blurry and Hyorin and Jinhae didn't see her. She could see all the zombies, all about to get to her. With all her remaining strength, she pulled herself under a car and bled.
"H-hyorin, Jinhae. He-help."
Help me, please.
