"We didn't find anything related to Seokie here, Hae-ssi." Eunsoo stated, facing the mentioned female. "But this is where we passed that day, unnie!" Hyorin defends, her hand going to her hair. Songeun sighs, still looking around the area for possible clues.

"She's alive. I just know it." Jinhae stood still, her machete within her grip. The five boys with them didn't know what to do, just watching them exchanging words with each other. "She isn't athletic, so she was probably left behind because she was running slow. That's the reason why the zombies caught up and ate her." Everyone looked at Jinhae, who had a plain expression.

"What are you trying to say, Jinhae-ah?"

"If that was the case, where is her body? Like what you said unnie, we found no signs of Seokie here. If she was finished by those monsters, there should've been traces of blood, clothes, or at least the bag she had with her that time!" Eunsoo and Songeun looked at each other after Jinhae finished her statement.

"She has a point, Eunsoo-ah." Namjoon spoke up. "It's possible she hid somewhere for her not get caught, or someone came to her aid and helped her." He added. Eunsoo nods slowly along with Songeun.

"As long as she's alive." Jinhae mumbles, her chest now feeling lighter because of Namjoon's reassurance.

"Rinnie, you said there's a store somewhere around here?" Jungkook approached Hyorin, who nodded her head 'yes'. "We better start moving before something jumps on us." Yoongi mentions, walking forth. The others followed him shortly, weapons up and ready to hit. The group stumbled upon 7-11 after a few minutes of walking.

"I'm still not used to places being this deserted." Jimin turns his head to the sides, searching for any nearby hazards. Yoongi and Taehyung were the first ones to step inside the convenience store, catching a glimpse of scattered food and other litters. There were also blood on both the floor and the walls, making the place more unsettling than it already was.

"Come on, guys. Let's act fast and grab everything we need." Namjoon declares, instantly going to the junk food isle with Eunsoo. Jimin, Yoongi, and Songeun searched for rubbing alcohol, rolls of gauze, packs of cotton balls, and any disinfectants they could find. Jungkook and Hyorin were tasked to grab canned goods, drinks, and instant noodles. Taehyung and Jinhae decided to just keep watch while the others were doing their main objective.

No one spoke a word, too focused on getting the job done as soon as possible. They shoved the essential things they got in their bags, filling them up.

Taehyung and Jinhae snapped their heads towards a figure limping out of the store next to them. It growled at the both of them before breaking into a full sprint. The others inside panicked because of seeing an undead going towards the two.

Jinhae raised her blade and went forward, ready to meet the threat. She swung her machete with force, successfully eliminating the walker. Her peripheral vision caught another one, coming out of the building across her. A hand tugged on her arm and pulled her back to her original position, startling the girl. "Guys, hurry up." Taehyung voiced out in a hushed tone, still holding Jinhae.

"We're done here." Namjoon and Eunsoo rushed outside, bags resting on their backs. Jimin, Yoongi and Songeun followed, leaving Jungkook and Hyorin inside. The two of them were kneeling on the floor, zipping their own bags close. Jungkook stood up and waited for his companion. Hyorin tried to get up and held onto the wall, but failed since her hand touched a wet substance, causing her to fall. Hyorin eyes her hands in shock, seeing it covered in blood.

"Rinnie, you okay?" Jungkook asks in concern, Hyorin humming as a response. "Let's go." Jungkook took her blood-covered palm and went out of the convenience store with her.
