I woke up after a long day and an even longer night. I had been writing so many essays and couldn't stop.
I was very weak and very awake and probably the most miserable I had ever been in my life. On this dreadful day, a certain miss Maria Reynolds walked into my life. She told me that her husband had been beatin' her and cheetin' on her she asked me if I could take her home because her husband was mistreatin' her and left her all alone. Of course, I said yes. I thought: how could I say no to this? I thought about my wife Eliza who I knew was going to come home from upstate tonight and I wasn't going to miss that for anything in the world. So I said: "I can't. My wife is going to be home soon." Maria's eyes were tearing up. I knew I couldn't let her go alone, so I gave her the address of my dearest friend John Laurens and told her he would get her home. She turned around and said: "Thank you for your help, sir. I didn't know where to go, I didn't know any better. Wait for your wife." I closed the door.
"Take a break", that's what my head tells me the whole time.. Eliza, how could I take a break? I have so many things to do. If I stop I will lose my job. At least that was, what I said. I lied! How could I? Did I forget everything what brought me that far? From whence did I come? Where did I start? All that was what she told me. My legacy... Legacy. What is a legacy? It's planting seeds in a garden you never get to see. I picked up a pen, I wrote my own deliverance. George Washington once said: Dying is easy, young man, living is harder. He was absolutely right.
Quitting the time I bathed in some self-pity, I heard something. "Eliza?!" I turned around to see her coming in. "Oh..", at least that was just the wind crawling in through an open window. I missed her so much. "Eliza, I'm taking a break! Please come home.. I'm willing to wait for it, then." Only staying here, waiting for Eliza while doing nothing can't be everything I could do. It wouldn't be a great idea or even a good diversion. In need of a better idea, I went to our bed. The best idea after a long time came up in my mind. Creating a good atmosphere in our room, so Eliza and I can get ready for something special! I grin didn't mean to show my emotions but no one needs to know.
After making a fresh bed, I put some rose blossoms on it and dress up like a normal, average good-looking man, I finally heard the door and Elizas voice saying my name. I smiled. "Alexander~", she said. "I'm back home." I quickly walked to her. "Eliza~ You let me wait for so long." I hugged her kinda. She was surprised and flattered. "I couldn't let you wait any longer.", she said smiling. "How was the trip to your family?", I asked her in a low whisper. "It was great! You should have come with me, Alexander. I was lonely without you! Lonely and something was missing badly.", she looked at me with piercing eyes. I giggled a bit: "I have something special.. Something surprising for you, dearest". She seemed to be excited and happy. Right before I was able to take her to our bed, someone knocked on the f**king door. "Stay where you are. I go.", I rushed to the door, quickly opened it. "Pardon me, are you A..", I didn't let this fresh young man talk further. I slammed the door and ran to Eliza.
Finally, she saw my work. I hoped that she would spread her legs for me. "Oh Alexander~", she came closer to me, grabbed my waistband and pulled me closer to herself and of course to the bed. "I want you so bad.", I said while kissing her. "I want you too, sweetheart!", she answered. Did I just heard right? 'Sweetheart'? I stopped thinking about it and pulled off her dress. She looked so helpless. Can't wait to make her mine forever again!
