After getting our breakfast, Yang and Ruby sat with me at a table by the main window. I picked at the muffin before me, the cup of hot coffee steaming as it sat on the table. Ruby smiled and looked at me.

"So, Blake. Where did you go when we all split up?" She asked, biting down into a chocolate chip cookie even though Yang and I insisted she get something else.

I smiled softly as I looked at her. "I went to my home in Menagerie. I spent time with my parents and tried figuring out why the White Fang were still getting more and more out of hand."

She nodded and grinned when I asked how they had been doing. "Well, we found Ozpin is now inside of Oscars head, but he's with Qrow right now so you'll meet him later. And we found Ren's village but it was completely destroyed because of the Nuckelavee Grimm. We beat it though. How about you Yang?"

We both turned towards the blonde, who had her left hand holding the right down to keep it from violently shaking against the table. She looked up at us, smiling slightly. "I found my mom on the way to find Ruby. I stumbled across Weiss there too, but while I was parking Bumblebee she approached everyone." Her eyes met mine for a brief moment before we looked away from each other.

Damn this PTSD...I thought as my hand continued to shake. I took a deep breath, calming my nerves as Ruby continued to talk with Blake. She looks different without her bow covering her ears, and her outfit.. STOP IT YANG! I cut my thoughts short and looked at the two I was with.

I watched as Blake sighed softly, looking at me before hesitantly placing her hand on both of mine. "Yang, I....I'm sorry. For everything. I shouldn't have left without saying anything to you, or anyone..I was just scared." Her ears dropped so they were almost completely flat against her head as she apologized.

"Hey, it's alright. We'll get better. I'm sorry too, for lashing out at you last night.." I looked away as Ruby looked at me with the 'There's more and you better say it' look.

Blake rubbed my hand gently. "I understand why you did. You were upset, and that's completely understandable. I had a feeling you would be.."

A quiet crunching of a cookie interrupted us and we looked towards my bubbly sibling. She looked between us as a cookie stuck halfway out of her mouth. "Mnf?" Is all that came out from behind the cookie and it sent me into near hysterics as I laughed, earning a small giggle from Blake.

After a while we met up with everyone else, Qrow and Oscar joining us and filling in Blake on everything that's happened after we had traveled some more, finding a house for us to stay in. Eventually, I was in the midst of an arm wrestling match with Nora. "You're going down!" She peeped.

"Oh yeah? Bring it on!" I grinned, slamming my other hand against the table. Everyone was cheering, some for me, and some for Nora. I grinned at one point, disconnecting my robotic arm from what remained of my actual arm. I bit my lip as she leaned back in victory only to scream when she saw my robotic arm was no longer attached to me.

I laughed, nearly in tears as I caught it. Soon though, I found myself looking over at a napping Blake on the couch as Weiss nudged me. "When are you going to tell her how you feel?"

"I don't know, but just..not right now."
