"Cas you can't be here right now," you push him away a little.
"Why y/n I want to stay with you," he whines like a little puppy stepping closer to you.
"Because my brothers are almost here and they can't see you here alone with me," you open your room door even though he can just teleport out of here.
"I don't care," he pulls you close smashing his lips against yours.
Your body wants to pull away but you stay frozen in place still kissing him. You wrap your arms around him deepening the kiss. He picks you up spinning you around and placing you on your dresser.
"Cas no," you moan out when he makes his way down your neck.
"Y/N we're home," you hear dean yell out from the main room.
You open your eyes to see Cas gone and Dean steps in your room looking at you weird.
"Why are you sitting on there," he asks looking around your room.
"I don't know how was the hunt," you hop off your dresser going to your bed.
"A dud but we're home now," he sighs coming to sit on your bed beside you.
"Dean," you hear Cas say from the hallway.
You look at Cas but he looks at Dean.
"Oh hey Cas what are you-"
"I have a lead on the tablet," he interrupts Dean in mid sentence.
"Where," Dean stands up as Sam walks in your room looking at Cas.
"In Missouri in a little town if you leave tonight you can get there before Lucifer does," Cas speaks up showing him a town on the map.
"Lucifer knows where it is," Sam asks stepping closer to us.
"Not yet but he has his ways," Cas responds stepping closer to you.
He's so close you can feel his breath down your neck. The thought of him so close sends chills down your spine. Dean looks at you then to Cas but you step away picking at your nails.
"We can leave tonight," Dean folds the map sticking it in his pocket.
"Y/N do you want to come," Sam asks as dean steps out in the hallway.
"No I'm really tired but make sure you call to check in," you reply motioning Sam off.
"You got it kiddo love you," Sam waves you goodbye blowing you a kiss.
You smile catching it and blowing it back to him. Dean follows Sam then you look at Cas shaking your head in a sarcastically way.
"Really," you groan out laying back on the bed sighing.
*Days later*
You throw the keys on the counter glad to be home after that boring meet up with one of Dean's friend. You yawn walking down the hallway toward your room.
You notice rose pedals on the ground leading to your room. You crinkle your forehead following the rose pedal path. You look inside your room to see a romantic set up in the middle of your room.
Your favorite flowers are all around the room and candles surround the table in a shape of a heart. You see Cas standing there with the biggest smile on his face holding a stuff animal and some roses in his hands.
You chuckle laughing your eyes starting to tear up.
"Oh no don't cry I'll do something else," he panics putting down the roses and stuff animal.
"Their happy tears Cas," you chuckle admiring all that he's done.
He sighs of relief smiling handing you the roses. You take them then pull him close kissing him passionately. Your heart flutters when he puts his hands around your waist.
You break apart from each other and he slides the chair out motioning you to sit. When you sit he scoots you near the table then sits across from you.
"Tonight I have prepared you a five course meal," he puts his hand on the lid covering a plate.
He removes it to reveal a peanut butter sandwich with some of your favorite chips. You chuckle smiling at him. You didn't care if it wasn't fancy all you cared about was him being with you.
He grabs his sandwich taking a bite out of it. Halfway through eating he looks up at you just smiling.
"What," you ask starting to get self conscious.
"You're just really beautiful,"
You feel heat rise up to your cheeks. You smile looking down but he reaches out pulling your head back up.
"I... I," he stutters but can't get it out.
"It's okay Cas," you grab his hand giving him a reassuring nod.
"I love you," he stutters out waiting for your reply.
He loves you? As in love love. You didn't know how to accept love from someone other than your brothers. Of course you loved Cas, but what if something happens to him. You're a Winchester bad things always happen to those who loved you or you loved.
But in this moment you could care less about the outside world.
"I love you Cas," you smile which makes him smile.
He grabs your face kissing you deeply. All you cared about was being with the one you loved. He grabs your hand causing you to stand up. He wraps his hands around your waist pulling you close to him. You lay your head on his chest hearing his heart beat.
You both sway as he plays a slow song on your Bluetooth speaker. You look up to him staring at his beautiful blue eyes. He kisses your forehead then spins you around.
"I promise you I will protect you. I promise to always be here for you and to love you more than life itself," he mumbles pulling you back to him.
You just smile enjoying this moment. Isn't it funny how love works? One day you meet this dorky angel who didn't understand the slightest human reference, next thing you know is you're in love with the dorky angel.
