Meanwhile at Candy Apples

Zack's POV

Today, I did what I usually do on a Monday. I went to Candy Apples Dance Center and we started off with Cathy's version of the "awesome" pyramid. Honestly, I never liked the pyramid, but it always made me work harder. But of course this week, I was at the bottom of the pyramid. You may be wondering "Why is the most talented dancer Zack Torres on the bottom of the pyramid?" Well to answer your question, it's because I didn't attend the competition we went to last weekend, which was In10sity Dance. From what I heard, we lost to Studio Bleu. Anyways, all I know is that I'm in the doghouse and everyone else is on top. But, I didn't really care today. I was too busy thinking about CHLOE LUKASIAK. She's from the ALDC. I know I shouldn't be interested in her, but I can't stop thinking about her. She's just so pretty and graceful.

"So, this week, we're attending the Masters of Dance competition in Tampa, Florida and I know for a fact that the ALDC will be there.", said Cathy.

"I also know that Chloe will indeed,be doing a solo and I need one person to beat Chloe". Cathy explained.

"And I think I'll pick.......Zack." Then after that, everyone cheered for me. Then she explained to me that my solo is called "My Treasure" and it's about being in love with a girl. Finally, she told us what the group number was and I groaned because it was another stupid topic. She also said that when we see the ALDC, not to talk to them. Now, ALDC being at the dance comp is good and bad. Bad because we always lose to them and Cathy can't stand Abby. But its a good thing because I get to see and talk to Chloe when Cathy's not looking. Awwwww Chloe.

Chloe's POV

So the group number this week is called "Red With Envy" and it's about how Cathy is and will be jealous every time we win. I think it's one of my favorite numbers. After we finish rehearsing the group number, we start on my solo which is called "My Crush" and I'm really excited perform it. It has a lot of somewhat difficult choreography and that's what I like about it. Not only am I excited, but I'm also bummed because I have to go up against Zack. Part of me wants to beat Zack but the other part doesn't want to beat him. But I have to compete against him so whatever happens, happens.
