Chapter 10- Wouldn't you rather be a widow than a divorcee

~Saria Urie-First Person POV~

I stood there, almost exiting the hospital room, shocked. Was Patrick falling for me or did he want me to stay for best friends sake? I hope it was option one, turning around and going back to his side. I grab his hand again, his heart beat on the scale rising once again. I wait for him to open his eyes.

"Patrick please respond when you hear this but please wake up! We need you! I don't want to lose you."

Please wake up soon Patrick. I'm counting on you.

+Carter Jackson-First Person POV+

As we all go our separate ways, I wonder if Patrick will ever wake up and who he's going to choose between Elisa and Saria. I had absolutely no clue who I wanted him to pick, but I hope he was making the right decision.

Please make the right decision Patrick.

<Brendon Urie-First Person POV> *a month later*

Ever since I met that Carter girl, I couldn't get her off my mind. Yeah she's worse than nicotine although I've never kissed her. I'm not even sure if I'm in love with her, my feelings have been a mess ever since Sarah left me.

I get up and call Pete to see if Patrick was okay. He went into a coma after consuming more than a gallon of alcohol. Dude, that's how much I had after Sarah left me. I can't believe I didn't pass out, well I might've a few times, but I didn't fall into a coma. Poor Patrick.

"Dude, I just left. Patrick hasn't waken up but I think Saria is still with him. So why don't you call her?"

I hang up with Pete and call Saria. I could've called Carter but then things would get awkward. That's when I realize it and I was too blind to see it because of the loss of Sarah.

I was in love with Carter Jackson.

<Sarah Urie-Third Person POV>

(A/N this is going to sound just like Meagan's POV but it's not. Also, one of the people who's apart of the J Gang shall be revealed)

She lay there in bed by the guy who took her away from her almost perfect life. Almost perfect because if Brendon wasn't there, she could've left him before he proposed. But then this man beside her made her life 100 times better.

"Can I at least see someone today? Please?" she asks the guy next to her.

"Fine. But it's not Brendon. We have someone else you would like to see."

The man gets up out of bed and leads her to another room where another woman was and a man with brown hair with blue eyes.

"Meagan?" she asks, shocked to see one of her friends here. She's even more shocked by the man next to her.

"D-Dallon?" (A/N I have nothing against Dallon. He seems like a nice guy but he came to my mind when I thought of someone to make Pete mad.)

(Dan Howell-First Person POV)

As I unpack the colorful clothing from the suitcase, Phil is at my doorway, leaning against the frame. I sigh, ever since Vidcon, I've been keeping in contact with Cassidy and Carter. Carter's different from any other girl I've met. She's a bit more........mysterious? Is that the right word for her? I don't know. But she's different.

As I put the last piece of clothing into my drawers, I turn around to see Phil no longer in the door frame. I walk out of the room to see him talking to Cassidy through Skype. I smile to myself and join him in the conversation.

~Saria Urie-First Person POV~

As I wait for Patrick to wake up, I look at myself in the mirror. The girl that makes my reflection has tangled hair, blood shot eyes, and has dark circles under her eyes. Damn it. I haven't even slept for days, knowing Patrick is still here and not okay.

Elisa has come back and is sitting in my seat. Do you know how much I hate her? She's been trying to keep Patrick away from me when I try to spend time with him. Even when she got engaged, she tried in all of her power to keep her away from me. I'm his childhood friend and best friend, why would he let her control him?

As we're both about to head out, the moment I've been waiting for happens.

Patrick opens up his eyes. And he called my name again.

Brendon has fallen in love with Carter (Pete and Dan haven't just yet). And Dallon is a part of the J Gang. Remember I have nothing against Sarah and Meagan. They're awesome and lucky they're with Brendon and Pete.

So this week was the last week for double updates on this book, next week will be the beginning of when I try to update as much as I can! I'm really sorry! I won't forget this book!
