Emma's POVBefore we all managed to actually fall asleep, we spread out from just the little bed I have. There was the bed, we mad a pallet on the floors and then I had a beanbag chair for someone to sleep in. Ruby called the bed while I was trying to get convince Tink to take the chair, but had no luck at succeeding.
I tossed and turned for a few minutes before I finally got up to go use the bathroom. I went to the bathroom, and when I walked out to go back to my room, I noticed some lights on down stairs. I walked down the stairs quietly to see what was going on. I followed where the light was coming from; the kitchen. When I waked in I saw Mary Margret.
I cleared my throat and she looked up. "Whatcha doing?" I asked.
"I couldn't sleep, so I thought I'd get some things done for tomorrow. What are you doing?"
"I had to use the bathroom, and now I'm kind of wide awake," I replied.
I looked over to the stove to see what time it was. It read 2:47. I knew that I should at least try and go back to sleep to be in a good mood tomorrow, but I wanted to make sure everything was okay with Mary Margret. I can't help but feel something is off.
I look over to her, breaking myself out of thought. "Is everything okay?" I hear myself asked, but it was so quiet I didn't know if she heard me.
"Why would something be wrong?" she replied, telling me she had obviously heard me.
"I don't know, that's why I asked. But seriously Mary Margret, is something wrong? Is it something I can help with?"
"Sweetheart, I promise everything is okay. Now go back to bed, you have along eventful day tomorrow," she said with a small sweet smile.
I sighed. "Yes, ma'am. See you in the morning."
She walked over and gave me a quick hug, then pushed me back towards the stairs. I climbed up them, and made my way back to the beanbag I slept in. I quickly drifted back into a nice sleep.

I heard Ruby and Tink both calling my name to wake me, but chose to ignore them. I heard nothing but silence again so I thought they'd given up, I was wrong. Tink had quietly walked over the the beanbag, and before I knew it I was on the floor.
"Did you have to do that?" I asked.
Ruby laughed. "Probably not, but you weren't budging and we wanted a good laugh."
There was a knock on the door, and since Ruby was closer she opened it. "Good morning, Mr. Nolan!"
"David is fine, ya know?" he said with a smile. "Just wanted to come and make sure y'all were up, and to see what y'all want to eat."
Make sure we were up? What time was it? It couldn't be that late knowing the people in this room.
"What time is it?" I asked.
David looked at me. "You aren't just getting up, are you?" I nodded and he sighed. "I thought you were up with all the talking that was going on. To answer your question, it's 2:18."
I don't think I've ever moved so fast in my life. At soon as he got the time out of his mouth, I grabbed some clothes to change into once I got out of the shower. I ran to the bathroom. I knew the girls probably didn't want me to wash my hair, so I left it in the braids. I quickly washed up and got changed, then went back to my room.
"I can't believe y'all let me sleep this late," I said, a little upset.
"We've been trying to wake up, but you wouldn't budge," Ruby replied defensively with her hands in the air.
