Meet Jake. You're awesome, cool-guy, type of guy. At school Jake is popular and is pretty much good at everything from football to robotics to dog walking to master building. At school Jake had it all, but at home was a different story.

Jake's parents were divorced and he had his grandpa living with him because of his health issues. There was always a sadness in the house so Jake never wanted to be at home. But today was not a sad day, oh no! Today was the football championship game. Today could be the best day of his life. But he had no clue it could be the worst.

Everyone at school treated him and the rest of the team like celebrities. None of the team were replaceable. The normal person would probably feel under pressure because one wrong move and it's celebrity to outcast. But Jake was very much different so the thought never crossed his mind.

When Jake was attending practice right before the big game the Principal came on with an announcement.

"Good afternoon Scholars," he started,"If you are on the A team football team your game has been moved to Monday due to a household accident involving the other team's coach. Thank you and have a great day!"

Well now Jake just had to wait until Monday to play the big game. But as soon as he got home everything started going down hill.

"Hey Jacob," said his Mom once he walked through the door," So me and your Grandpa have been thinking and we decided it's time to move."

"Okay," said Jake a little surprised, "Where? More closer to the school I'm guessing?"

"Well you know very well of Grandpa's disease and it's easier to be closer to a hospital, especially since it has increased in risk to keep him away."

"Mom, where are we moving?," Jake asked.

"California."

And that's when he was forced to leave Tucson, Arizona.

"But why?," asked Tony on the football team.

"Because of my Grandpa," he replied.

He then became the outcast to his team members who were all upset with him. Well who knows? he thought, maybe this school will be better?

"Good morning class," said Professor Core of the new school, "We have a new student. Make him feel welcomed here. Why don't you sit over there."

He pointed at a table pod of four consisting of a girl named Sydney Cyclone and her partner  named Meghan.

"So where do the popular kids eat at lunch?," Jake asked.

"Oh no!, unless you eat at Storm's table," said Meghan

"And who is that?," he asked.

"You mean," started Meghan with a dramatic pause,"Jackson Storm!"

A random kid then jumped into the conversation.

"Yeah you mean the kid with a three month waiting list to sign his yearbook from last year."

Then Professor Core even got in on it.

"You mean the kid with the best-est grades this school has ever seen!"

Next a girl named Friday jumped into the conversation.

"He's the most dreamiest- I mean [cough, cough] daring boy I've ever met!"

"And he's my best friend! so ha!," said Sydney.

"In other news," said Professor Core, "As you all know we have a presidential election going on so I thought if we voted!"

The class groaned as he passed out cards.

"Aren't you supposed to be the science teacher?," asked Meghan.

"Well yeah. But that's the English teacher's job who may or may not be a evil secretary ," he replied, "Oh!, one last thing class don't share who you are voting for!"

"I wonder who Jackson Storm is voting for?" asked Friday.
