Chapter 19

"Sometimes you can't save people from themselves."

Everything was blurry. I couldn't pin point where I was. I knew I was laying in something not comfortable. I raised my head to look around but that only made my head throb uncontrollably. " whoa easy there. " came a soft voice. " your safe." It said again. And with that my body shut down again to a dreamless sleep.

My body hurt that was the only thing going through my mind. And the person who attacked me had claws? My eyes started opening ever so slowly. Where ever I was I knew it was somewhere dark. I lifted my hand to rub against my head to ease the headache. As I pulled my body up to a sitting position I couldn't help to let out a hiss of pain when I tried to lift myself up. I couldn't see anything but I knew the pain was coming from my leg. I brushed my hands against the hard surface only to feel dirt beneath me. As I tried to get up again from the ground I herd loud voices that made me cringe away. But one voice I recognized very well.......Callum. What was he doing here?

As I tried to crawl away to get out of here my movements stopped as I herd footsteps come closer and louder.

A large tall figure slowly made his way towards me. No I couldn't be he let me go. Why was here?

As he stood there in front of me I could see his face clear as day. He stood there looking down at me. His eyes roaming my body. He bent down and wrapped his hands around my body and lifted me up in a bridal position. I couldn't help but to try to get out of his hold which only made him growl menacingly. As he started walking away with me. I couldn't help to slowly black out .

Claws that's all I saw. I couldn't get away from them. They wouldn't leave me alone. My eyes opened on there own as I tried to catch my breath. I looked around to see that it was only a dream and that I was laying on a bed that recognized. As I lifted my self up pain was that overtook me. I looked down to see my foot bandage up.

I limped my way towards the floor trying to get to the door. As I was about to open it the door opened on its own I looked up to see Callum standing there. " Go back to the bed." he said angrily. As he pushed himself in and locked the door. I couldn't help to gulp from the fear I had. But I swallowed again and pushed it aside. "let me go." i said looking in his eyes. Which got a darker shade of blue. " Get back on the bed now." He repeated again in a menacing tone. "no now let me go." i raised my voice higher. I tried pushing him out of my way but he lifted me up and walked towards the bed and threw me on it. I was about to get out when he caged his arms around me which made it impossible to get out. "Don't make me do this Ariella." he growled out. I ignored his threat and yelled at him to let me go. Out of nowhere sharp teeth grew out of his mouth and before my mind could comprehend what was going on he plunged his teeth into the side of my neck. I let a scream only to be stopped with the palm of his hand

Tears fell down my eyes as he plunged his teeth in deeper with pressure. I tried to move my head but that made the pain worse as he locked his teeth in my neck. I felt blood drip into my chest which only made me cry even more. I laid there defeated.
