I drove straight home, not even stopping at the gas station to grab my usual Mountain Dew. I pulled into the driveway quickly and pulled up the emergency brake. I opened the car door and stuck my head out. I saw my neighbors house, no one was home. But I saw one thing, a dark figure that held a purple, crystal ball. Red eyes starred back at me. He took a step forward, then another, then another until he was to the middle of the street. I ran out of the car and into the house. I starred out the window and saw nothing. Absolutely nothing. Just black, not the neighbors house or the street lamps. I closed the blinds and went to go take a shower.
'I can't tell anybody about what I've seen. They'll think I'm crazy and put me in the nut house.' I thought.
I got out of the shower and put some comfy clothes on and threw my uniform in the washer. I hadn't heard anything from my mom or dad since I've been home.
"MOM? DAD?" I yelled,"MOOOOOMMMMM. DAAAAAAADDDDDD? WHERE ARE YOOOOUUUU?"
"I GUESS I HAVE TO EAT ALL THIS CAKE BY MYSELF!!!!" Ok this is weird. My family worships cake. The car was in the garage and so was Christi's. I gasped, Christi!
"CHRISTI?" I said running up the stairs into her room. I walked into her room and she was laying on her bed, crying. She looked up at me and pointed towards the bathroom.
I walked in and almost fainted. My mother and father were laying in the bathtub with their hearts in their hands. I looked at the wall, and it said,
'MEET ME AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE HORRIS GRAVEYARD OR THE GIRL DIES TOO,' it was written in my mother and fathers blood.
"Christi, I have to go to Horris's graveyard," I said holding her hand.
A tear ran down my check then another. We were now orphans. She sobbed another sob and shook her head and mumbled no, no, no.
"Y-you c-c-an't guh guh gooooo!" She said in between sobs. I've never ever seen my sister cry like this. Even though my sister's only 16 she's one tough cookie.
"I must, or you will die!" I said now crying. I couldn't stop myself. I was sobbing. Sobbing for my sister, for my parents, heck for me! At least I was 19 a legal adult. Old enough to take care of my sister.
"Hello? I'm looking for a Kenn Odden?" I heard an old man voice shout from below the stairs. I whipped around and there he was. A short old man with an long white beard. He had on a silver cloak and was holding a blue crystal ball.
"G-Get away f-f-from me," I said as I reached over to grab an umbrella.
"Do not worry my child. I am here to tell you about the five Wizards. Long ago in a distant time, five creators were born, Rufaka, me, Grintle, Handile, Pytron, and Yeetheren, the one that has been attacking lately. I have the blue crystal, representing safety, Grintle is green representing responsibility, Handile is orange representing sadness and anger, Pytron is pink representing love, and Yeetheren is purple, representing hatred and horror. Our cloaks do not matter. But, I am here to tell you that you are the chosen one. We have waited centuries for you. You shall stop Yeetheren. He will perish in his blood that seeps gold. Enabling you to become the master wizard. I am her to train you how."
He stopped and I just stood there not believing a word he had said.
"I will go with you, on one exception," I said. I couldn't believe that I had actually said yes to this weirdo, but to protect my sister then that's what I had to do, "Christi comes too."
"Alright let's get started."
