Forgotten Time

Ch1 Run!

I wake up to my phone alarm going off forcing me to leave the comforting warm bed and out into the cold house.

"Come on Brena time to get up!" my mom called I growned but threw the comforter off me. Getting dressed in a plane fitting long sleeve Green shirt and some hight wast ripped skinny jeans tucking my shirt in as I walk into the living room. I throw myself onto the couch and curl up into a ball. I then look at the clock and grown. I get up and grab my phone.

"I'm off to roses job see you later mum!" I yell walking out the door. I walk down the streets the sound of people rushing by giving me a migraine as the car hours bare and people yell and shout as if they are halfway across the world. I look up to see the shop my sister worked at rushing in glade to get away from the noise. I walk around and make it to my sister station where she glares as soon as she sees me.

"I'm sorry I'm late I slept thru my alarms again!" I said sighing and leaning agest the counter. she sighs and turns to me her arms crossed. She smirks at me.

"I swear you can sleep through the end of the world!" she said throwing her hands up in the air. I roll my eyes but giggle knowing I probably could.

I look around the shops for the rest of the day waiting for her to get off. I am looking at some shoes when I feel a tap on my shoulder. I turn to see rose putting on her jacket.

"Come on if we hurry we can meet Mickey at the park." I nod and we head for the door. as we push our ay threw rose stops causing me to look back at her in amusement. I notice she has a bag of money in her hands.

"come on we need to go give the lottery money to Willson," she said annoyance clear in her voice. we walk over to the lift rose dragging her feet the whole way.

"And I'm the younger sister?" I ask amused by her childish actions. she rolls her eyes shoves me slightly.

" Shut it !" she groans I smile but nod knowing she hates the basment can I can't blame her it is really creepy and so is Willson. we walk out the lift and down the hall to Willson's office. we reach her office and knock.

"Willson, Willson we got the lottery money!" Rose yells continuing to knock on the door. I sigh and join her.

"Willson come on mate!" I hiss not wanting to stay down here longer than needed. the concrete walls making me feel like a caged animal.

" I can't hang about 'cos they're closing the shop. Willson! Oh, come on!" rose yells looking at the door in defeat. I turn as the sound of something moving is heard down the hall.

"Willson?" I ask as me and rose to walk down the hall my head screaming at me to turn around. we walk into a dark room walk over to the wall closest to us and feel around for the lightswitch. finding it.

"finally,"I say turning to the now dimly light room full of mannequins. I walk back over to rose.

"Not sketchy at all," I whisper under my breath. Me and rose to walk towards the other side of the room stilling looking for Willson.

"Come on mate this is not funny!" I call out into the room hoping for him to just walk out.

I turn as I hear the door slams we rush over and pul trying to open it.

"Come on!" I mumble pulling as hard as I can before stopping. before I can try anything else I hear the sound of plastic bending causing me to cringe. I turn around to see a mannequin walking toward us.

"Holly Cheese balls."I sat backing up. rose pushes me behind her lacing our finger together.

"Come on this isn't funny!" She calls her voice soon being drowned out by the fact that mannequins are walking towards us. I yelp as my back hits the wall. Rose closes her eyes waiting for the worst. As the mannequin raises his hand, I feel someone grab my other hand. I look over to see a man.

RUN! he yells pulling me and Rose with him.
