The Truth Comes Out

Steve had enough. The kid had somehow made Natasha and Clint stay quiet. Next thing he knew, they let him call them 'Aunt Nat' and 'Uncle Clint'. Even Loki seemed to like him!
"Hi, Mr. Rodgers!" Peter exclaimed when he saw him with a big smile.
"Oh, hey, kid." Now Steve wasn't saying he was evil or bad or anything, he was just a little suspicious of him.
"Have you seen Tony by chance?" Steve asked, trying to keep a conversation.
"Oh, he said that he had to go to a press conference. He didn't want to go but I convinced him to." Peter answered and Steve blinked. Pepper was the only one that could convince Tony to change his mind about anything, or so he thought.
"Really? That couldn't have been easy." Steve said and Peter gave him a confused look.
"What do you mean? He doesn't listen to you?" Peter asked.
"Uh, not really. Actually, Pepper's really the only one he listens to. You must be a real special kid for Tony to be willing to listen to you." Steve praised.
"Thanks! But really you just have to listen to his side of the story and he'll be willing to listen too. That really should be the case with everyone." Peter replied. Steve was actually stunned into silence. This kid actually listened to Tony? And somehow just taught Captin America a life lesson, because he was right.
