Smoothie Recipes #2: Strawberry Ginger Beet Smoothie

Ingredients:
• 1 cup Strawberry
• 1 1/2 cup Romaine Lettuce
• 1/2 Red Beet (peeled and diced)
• 1 piece Ginger (1-inch peeled)
• 1 1/2 cup Ice

Directions:
1) Put the strawberries, lettuce, beet, and ginger into a blender or food processor and blend until just combined.

2) Add in the ice and continue to blend until the mixture is smooth.

3) Serve immediately.

4) Enjoy!
