"So... You and Eve huh?" I asked Ethan as we drove around the city, killing time before our movie. Ethan chuckles and elbows my shoulder.

"Yeah..." He said. I nodded. We weren't very good with conversations so that was about enough for the time being.

We arrived to the movie theater fifteen minutes before it started. As we walked in, we heard a familiar voice behind us. One we knew all too well.

"Ethan!" She screamed as we both slowly turned towards her. Ethan immediately tensed up.

"Madison..." He muttered, acknowledging her. Her smile dropped a bit before she crossed her arms over her chest.

"Four days ago it was Maddi and now its Madison?" She pouted. I rolled my eyes, which earned a glare from her.

"What can I do for you Madison?" Ethan asked. She huffed and shook her head before she walked passed us and into the theaters. Ethan and I gave each other a confused look before following her in.

When we entered, noticing Madison talking to a woman around her age. I approached them, but stopped when I see she is talking to Emerson. Emerson caught my gaze. Her eyes are filled with panic and she quickly switched her attention back to the devil in front of her.

I walked over and stood next to them. Madison looked up at me, gave me a devilish smirk, and walked off towards the front doors. She left Emerson and I alone to talk.

"Did she ask you about the new makeup department at the drug store downtown?" I joked. I looked down at her now pale face and frown. "What did she say to you?" I asked her. She shook her head and stayed mute as Ethan appeared next to me.

"Em? What are you doing here? Eve said you guys were going to hang tonight..." He asked. She nodded, clearly not hearing a word he said. Ethan hit her arm, waking her from her thoughts and she gave an apologetic smile.

"Yeah, we decided to see a movie..." She answered in a shockingly quiet voice. She has always been the loud, opinionated one. What the hell did Madison say to her?

"Oh... What movie?" Ethan asked her. She pointed to the screen listing off all the films.

"Deadpool Two. How about you? Avengers Infinity War?" She asked. Ethan laughed and shook his head.

"No, no. We are going to see D2 as well." He said. "Actually, why don't I just buy all our tickets and we can just have a hang day...?" He asked. Emerson shifted uncomfortably, clearly not wanting that, but nodded in agreement.

Soon after we purchased the tickets, Eve joined us. She ran up to Ethan and smothered him in hugs. I rolled my eyes and crossed my arms in front of me. Emerson looked down at her feet and furrowed her brows. They pulled away and began walking to the concessions with their arms around one another, leaving Emerson and I to walk together.

"What did Madison say to you?" I semi-whispered. She stopped mid-step and turned my direction. She looked to see if anyone was looking and then pushed me into a small waiting area around the corner.

"What? Why are you acting so different?" I asked her. She crossed her arms and her eyes began to water. I noticed this and pulled her close to me. I rubbed her back as she let out a soft sob. "Em? What happened?" I asked her once more.

"She knows." She whimpered. I choked on my breath.

"What?" I spit.

"Madison... S-She knows. About us... What we did that night..." She stuttered. "She threatened to tell Ethan if he continued to see Eve... She's mad Ben. Furious." She said. She began to cry again. The more tears that fell off her face, the angrier I got. How dare she approach her and put her in this position!
